Great place to stay within Lisbon. There is a concierge that explains everything. Rooms were clean, but could have used a coffee pod to get started.=) The only improvement would be to add storage or shelving in the bath area since there is no place to store toiletries or hang clothing when undressing to shower. If you don't know how to use the appliances better ask. We walkd to a market and bought food. We cooked several meals and washed several loads of clothes and did not have issues, but we could not figure out how to use the oven. Overall, the apartment seemed spacious and open for an apartment in EU. The heat worked great. The codes to get into the building and the apartment worked without any issues. I would definitely stay at the Lisbon Serviced apartments again.

The kitchen has a notice saying we need to do all the dishes ourselves, or being charged a 50 euro fee, which is a weird policy. Otherwise everything is good.

I booked this hotel well in advance, but unfortunately had to cancel my trip a month before the arrival date due to a flight cancellation from my home country. I contacted the hotel multiple times to request a refund, providing all the necessary documentation and explanations.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the hotel repeatedly avoided giving a clear answer. After several attempts to reach them, they still refused to process the refund, despite the early notice and the circumstances being completely out of my control.
This experience showed a lack of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care. I expected far better treatment from a hotel that claims to value its guests. I cannot recommend this place, and I strongly advise future travelers to be cautious before booking.

The beds were hard as a rock and the couch was actually a bed so that was hard also and very uncomfortable. Hard to sit and relax on it. There street parking out front but it is metered so you have to pay every 2 hours, which left us no choice but to pay 20 E a day. It was clean and you could have housekeeping. It is in a central area with lots of restaurants and the very high end stores and easy to walk everywhere. It is good for a short stay. Would I stay again, no mainly because of the beds and sofa

the goods first. The area was nice and convenient to public transportation. It was quiet at night. The room had a big balcony. The not so good. The check in was not so easy and took us far too long to accomplish. The bed was beyond time for a new one. They charge you 50euro for dirty dishes. They do not provide coffee but do have a machine. The way the room was configured due to oversized sofa and the TV being mounted very low to the floor you have just a few inches to get from the bed to the kitchen and bath area. Good luck to your toes if you have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Lastly you need a long code to get into the building and another one to get into your room.

Scam! Shame on them. I booked this place in May for around as it offered a good rate for a two bedroom two bathroom as we were five travelling however before the trip I received an email that my booking got cancelled! I wrote to them that I didn’t cancel, no one replied. I had no choice but rebook and price was now doubled. In addition, the check in we had to do all the admin work. Do not stay here and travel apps should not have such a place on their listing. It affected our travel budget because of the scam.

We stayed for one night only but the apartment looked suitable for both short and long stays. It was spacious and spotless clean. Using the kiosk for check-in was easy with the instructions provided and although we had to checkin our child as well, we only paid the city tax for two people. There is street parking right outside the building if you can find a spot - it’s paid during the day 9am-7pm. You can contact the property for additional parking options.
