Went for Family Trip. Apartment was clean and spacious for 5 people & having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location was great and safe area. Restaurants close by. We took Uber and location is easy to find. Communication and customer service was efficient. Overall happy with our stay.

The apartment was great for our needs. We traveled as a family of 3 and it was enough space for us to be comfortable. The place located near all major public transportation which is helpful. There is a supermarket near by, couple of restaurants and even a McDonald. We had a good time there and we would recommend it to anyone. Just keep in mind they are very strict with the 3 PM check in even if you land early morning they have lockers to hold you luggages. That was the only thing about the trip that was kind of frustrating especially since I was traveling with a 3 years old. The rules are the rules I guess!

Exactly as pictured. All access codes were sent via text message which made check in very easy. Rooms had air conditions and were very cool upon arrival. Two rooms and two bathrooms was perfect for a family of 5 adults and two children. Very pleased with the location as it was close to restaurants and grocery store. Only complaint was that the beds weren't very comfortable and pillows were very small.

Great price and a good location. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal. The washing machine also is super convenient for traveling with small children. The property management was communicative and even reached out when we left items behind. Only downside was that the luggage storage comes at an extra cost and the room was not ready at 3 pm.

The apartment is lovely. However, the posting says that it has parking but doesn’t say that you need to book ahead and that there is an extra cost. Normally, if there is parking available but at an extra cost, it will be indicated: Parking ($). The post also said that the airport was at an 11-min drive. Not true. Even in the middle of the night, it’s closer to 20 min than 11 min and in the day, it’s a good 30 min.

The service is standard , not bad, not good . There has no free luggage storage for temporary if you want to go out after checking in . But they have locker you need to pay ,roughly 2 euro per hour, the size of the locker not big , can’t fit my luggage into it . It is on -3 floor, but the customer service advised us - 1 floor . They don’t have update at all . Providing the interesting info . The check out time on booking app is 12pm, but they txt me is 11am check out. It seem like the staff don’t know what time is their check out time . Overall , it is ok .

Great location. Room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Washing machine is very handy. We walked to a lot of locations, some were up to 40 minutes away, metro was close by if needed. Car parking is attached and convenient, elevators take you right to your floor.

I booked this hotel well in advance, but unfortunately had to cancel my trip a month before the arrival date due to a flight cancellation from my home country. I contacted the hotel multiple times to request a refund, providing all the necessary documentation and explanations. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the hotel repeatedly avoided giving a clear answer. After several attempts to reach them, they still refused to process the refund, despite the early notice and the circumstances being completely out of my control. This experience showed a lack of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care. I expected far better treatment from a hotel that claims to value its guests. I cannot recommend this place, and I strongly advise future travelers to be cautious before booking.

The beds were hard as a rock and the couch was actually a bed so that was hard also and very uncomfortable. Hard to sit and relax on it. There street parking out front but it is metered so you have to pay every 2 hours, which left us no choice but to pay 20 E a day. It was clean and you could have housekeeping. It is in a central area with lots of restaurants and the very high end stores and easy to walk everywhere. It is good for a short stay. Would I stay again, no mainly because of the beds and sofa

Great place to stay within Lisbon. There is a concierge that explains everything. Rooms were clean, but could have used a coffee pod to get started.=) The only improvement would be to add storage or shelving in the bath area since there is no place to store toiletries or hang clothing when undressing to shower. If you don't know how to use the appliances better ask. We walkd to a market and bought food. We cooked several meals and washed several loads of clothes and did not have issues, but we could not figure out how to use the oven. Overall, the apartment seemed spacious and open for an apartment in EU. The heat worked great. The codes to get into the building and the apartment worked without any issues. I would definitely stay at the Lisbon Serviced apartments again.
