Overall a good place to stay. A bit far from the city center but the metro station is pretty close by. The ramen bistro nearby was delicious though, went there every night!

I had a really disappointing stay. The sink in my room was broken and leaking all over the floor, and after going back and forth with the front desk, the only other room offered was right by the noisy breakfast area. I ended up staying in the original room and just cleaned the water myself. On top of that, a big bag of souvenirs went missing from my room. This was not the experience I expected at all.

I would assume there is much better value available in Lisbon. Do your research. Staff acted annoyed when we asked some very basic questions. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we were told it was because we came back to our room to early (came back at 2pm and cleaners apparently finished work at 4pm. Made no sense. And the door to our room literally op Ned up to the lobby of the hotel. Under delivered for the investment (we paid $300/night)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel while in Lisbon. Quiet and small hotel, with a small elevator.
Breakfast was served daily, and it was quite nice. While there, we had scrambled eggs, croissants, yogurt, bread, loafs, quiche, sweets, fruit, an assortment of salami, ham and cheeses, juice, and coffee.
It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Marquês de Pombal metro station. It was 3 metro stops to Baixa Chiado station.
We had a great time in Lisbon and found this hotel very nice and convenient.
