Nice apartment in a professionally managed building with parking on site. Just remember to rent a car with a reasonable ground clearance (not a low sports car) because you will need to go over a curb to park.
Very professional and accommodating people at the reception. We needed an extra blanket and they went out out their way to provide one to me. Also they were kind to charge my cell phone external power bank. Mine (from North America) could not be charged in Europe because of the frequency difference (60Hz in Canada and 50 in Europe).
From this location you can walk everywhere in town and see all the attractions. It will definitely be on our list of places to book on our next visit in town!

Staff was helpful and gave guide what to visit in city.
Hotel apartment was nice, clean, and had everything that was needed. Building had a old character and very nice internal stairs. Air-conditioning was in each room and bathroom was new, clean and had all utilities that was need it.
Was very close to animations and was able to walk to multiple places and just 30 min to Praça do Comércio.

The location of the place is excellent, and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, the management seems more focused on finding ways to charge extra than on providing good service. They try to present themselves as a high-end hotel, but their attitude toward guests leaves much to be desired.
Our group consisted of 12 family members, and we had booked 3 rooms. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later than expected. We notified them in advance, but they showed no flexibility and charged us an additional $40 per room just because of the late check-in.
When it came time to check out, we mentioned we would be about 15 minutes late, and once again, they imposed another extra fee. Despite explaining our situation and asking for some understanding, they were completely indifferent, even though we had already spent a significant amount on our stay.
It’s a shame that such an attractive place is managed so poorly. Because of the lack of consideration and professionalism, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose another accommodation.
