Amazing customer service and great location!

The location of the place is excellent, and the rooms are quite comfortable. However, the management seems more focused on finding ways to charge extra than on providing good service. They try to present themselves as a high-end hotel, but their attitude toward guests leaves much to be desired. Our group consisted of 12 family members, and we had booked 3 rooms. Due to a flight delay, we arrived later than expected. We notified them in advance, but they showed no flexibility and charged us an additional $40 per room just because of the late check-in. When it came time to check out, we mentioned we would be about 15 minutes late, and once again, they imposed another extra fee. Despite explaining our situation and asking for some understanding, they were completely indifferent, even though we had already spent a significant amount on our stay. It’s a shame that such an attractive place is managed so poorly. Because of the lack of consideration and professionalism, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If we visit the area again, we will definitely choose another accommodation.

At checkout, we informed them that we would be about 15 minutes late, and when we finally checked out, they also charged us an additional fee. We explained the situation and asked for some understanding, but they didn’t care—even though we were a large group who had already paid a considerable amount for all the rooms. Unfortunately, poor service like this means I would never recommend staying there. Without a doubt, we will return to the area, but we would never stay there again!

Great staff. Gonçalo was awesome and made us feel welcome. The apartment was clean, and in a good location. Close to everyhing. Really enjoyed our stay.

All the talk of extra charges really made the place feel cheap. You were getting the worse side of a hotel & aribnb. I do think it’s good as a longer term stay but wouldn’t recommend for a weekend in Lisbon - non-flexible checkin & noisy rooms (from both the street & other apartments) were our main issues.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, o staff do hotel extremamente atencioso, solicitos. O apartamento é muito confortável, exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é ótima, perto do metro e um mercado muito próximo. Tem local para deixar as malas, meus sogro esqueceu dinheiro e eles nos entregaram junto com as malas, ele nem tinha percebido. Gostamos muito e recomendo. O sofá cama do apartamento para 4 é muito bom, dormem 2 tranquilamente é confortavelmente. Só os travesseiro que não são muito bons…

This apartment building is well located with a short safe walk to Lisbon’s town centre. The unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable.

Good location as near bus stops to get into city centre or walkable. Near supermarkets to pop out for breakfast.

Vi hade en mysig weekend på hotellet. Rent, trevlig personal och bra storlek på lägenhet. Jättefin dusch och skönt att kunna kommunicera via whatsapp med personalen. Läget är perfekt. Lugnt mysigt område men många trevliga restauranger på gångavstånd. Nära affärer och mitt emellan två olika tunnelbanelinjer. Vi både gick ner till city och tog tunnelbana - båda fungerade bra. Rekommenderar!

Friendly staff, great AC, excellent location, on-site parking was easy. Bed was small for two - considered a Full in the US. Was thinking double meant a king size, like most European sizing. But a nice stay and would stay there again.

A great stay for us with our 3 month old. The check in process was faultless & the staff were very attentive. The apartment itself had all that we required for our stay - the apartment was starting to show minor signs of wear & tear, but overall of good condition. Great location surrounded by supermarkets and easy access to transport links (metro/bus etc). Highly recommend.

The apartment is in very good condition. Something to consider is that it is on a hill. There a supermarket right in the corner.

It was a pleasure for us to stay there and we enjoyed completely the place. It had anything you would need for your vacation.
