The only thing 5 star about this hotel is the service. The amenities are not 5 star. To name a few: (a) shampoo and conditioner seem very cheap, (b) there is no bathrobe, (c) your bathroom is basically in your room (i.e., no separation of space — and we booked a suite so presumably that’s the best room layout), (d) the room is small and very dark, (e) there is no gym (though there is a sister property that allows you to use their facility), and (f) the toilet paper is basically paper (I’m all for recycling but at a 5 star hotel you can’t convince me to use something that feels so rough). I could list more reasons but you get the point. Excellent service but do not be fooled. Not a 5 star hotel.

Sublime Lisboa is a delightful boutique hotel situated in a lovely and convenient area of Lisbon. The property and our suite were beautiful and clean and met all our expectations and more! Staff were superb - from the concierge team, to the manager, and the wait/cooking staff! Concierge staff were super attentive and assisted us with each aspect of our daily planning and trip agenda. They were reachable at all times of the day and helped us navigate meals and change in itinerary plans. We truly felt like part of their intimate family. Each night during turn down service there was something little for us which we really appreciated - from dessert delicacies to lip balm, linen aroma spray, and foot cream. We will absolutely be returning to Sublime Lisboa again and look forward to visiting their other property in Portugal!
A big thank you to all the staff that made our family reunion a special one!

Staff was very good and concierge was excellent. However, the room we got did not look anything like the photos and room layout was very very odd with door and wardrobe on one end of a long rectangular room, a bath tub smack in the middle and bed, coffee table and a chair squeezed to the other side, which we found to be not very convenient.
That said, we cannot give enough credit to the staff who were all excellent.

We had a great three days in Lisbon at the Sublime. The hotel staff and restaurant were first class.
This was a last minute trip for us. Antonio and the front desk helped us make the most of our stay with restaurant reservations and daily excursion advice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sublime! The only complaint is that we wished we stayed longer. The room was amazing, the service even more so. I've stayed at quite a few nice hotels in my time, but never had such unbelievable service and attention in my life. Highly recommend!

El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel.
Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente.
Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones.

Hôtel sûr coter, chambre et literie pas très confortable, froideur malgré le chauffage, sombre. Attention certaines chambres n’ont pas de lumière naturelle entrante. Mauvaise rénovation et mauvaise qualité des finitions et matériaux.
Mauvaise isolation des rideaux faisant entrer la lumière des parties communes toutes la nuit dans la chambre. Le ménage et le service de chambre n’est pas à la hauteur.
Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur d’un vrai 5 étoiles.
Attention l’hôtel indique garer votre voiture dans leur garage mais la réalité est que votre voiture est stationné dehors.
