Really nice boutique hotel with nice spacious rooms and amazing bath tub in the room

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Lisbon and although the walks into the centre take a little longer, it was worth being in a quieter location. The room was excellent and well provided, with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Staff contacted us before arrival to confirm arrival time and check whether we had any special requests.

If you stay anywhere in Lisbon make sure it’s Sublime! Big shout out to Inés on reception. The level of service and attention to detail at Sublime is next level! We’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel and the attentiveness made the experience even more special. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was incredible and delicious. The rooms, the restaurant and common areas were beautifully designed. You will not regret staying here!

Unique and comfortable boutique property in a quiet area. Room was clean and quirky, a bit of a strange layout but overall attractive. Breakfast was decent, if a bit bland. Front desk service was excellent. Not sure of other amenities available (I.e. gym) as those weren’t noted or easy to find.

Excellent staff, fine attention to detail, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. And they helped me by booking me alternative transportation when I missed a train. I'd happily stay here again.

El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel. Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente. Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones.

Hôtel sûr coter, chambre et literie pas très confortable, froideur malgré le chauffage, sombre. Attention certaines chambres n’ont pas de lumière naturelle entrante. Mauvaise rénovation et mauvaise qualité des finitions et matériaux. Mauvaise isolation des rideaux faisant entrer la lumière des parties communes toutes la nuit dans la chambre. Le ménage et le service de chambre n’est pas à la hauteur. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur d’un vrai 5 étoiles. Attention l’hôtel indique garer votre voiture dans leur garage mais la réalité est que votre voiture est stationné dehors.

Absolutely wonderful stay in every aspects. This is the kind of hotel that has made every moment personal and special. Exceptional service and attention to detail, fantastic style and interior throughout the hotel and room. Happy to have spent 4 days here.

Sublime Lisbona was incredible! From ambience, decor, to service it was all top notch. The decor and building was chic and clean. I was very impressed and will visit again!

The only thing 5 star about this hotel is the service. The amenities are not 5 star. To name a few: (a) shampoo and conditioner seem very cheap, (b) there is no bathrobe, (c) your bathroom is basically in your room (i.e., no separation of space — and we booked a suite so presumably that’s the best room layout), (d) the room is small and very dark, (e) there is no gym (though there is a sister property that allows you to use their facility), and (f) the toilet paper is basically paper (I’m all for recycling but at a 5 star hotel you can’t convince me to use something that feels so rough). I could list more reasons but you get the point. Excellent service but do not be fooled. Not a 5 star hotel.
