Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So close to the train station and bus station if you decide to go back to Lisboa by bus (which is so much better than the train). Literally one minute walk to the bus station. It’s a resort NOT a hotel. The stuff is GREAT! Beatrice helped us a lot. The room is nice, breakfast is good!!!! It is just so good!

Very clean everywhere, the staff were lovely. We used the indoor pool which was warm and a lovely space to relax. We loved the breakfast, something for everyone. Very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen.

Very clean everywhere. Good indoor swimming pool and sauna. Very good breakfast, Prosecco, a nice touch. We always have a job finding our rooms, it was the same last year too! Outside areas are getting tired. But, overall, a very good Hotel, well located too.

No view basement room. Building is a maze of stairs and corridors. $18 extra per hour for late check out. Power in room goes out when you leave the room so no charging of all your devices when you are out.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, and the marina. The hotel could use updating. There are tons of open to the public unused odd spaces. The pool decking is in disrepair and there are not enough umbrellas for all of the seating. We did not find the staff to be very accommodating or even pretend to not hate their jobs - especially the women at the front desk. The advertised “beach club” does not allow hotel guests to even sit in a chair poolside without paying for the chair even while ordering drinks and food which we found odd. I understand being charged for beach chairs, but there were tons of empty pool chairs (not sun beds which I would understand) & we were not permitted to sit. Nor were we permitted to lay poolside on our towels - we were made to sit on a rock wall - even while purchasing drinks and food from their poolside restaurant all day. I don’t quite understand why they are referring to this location as “their beach club” when hotel guests aren’t treated any differently. Overall, the location of the resort is the only draw.

The Tivoli is an extremely large facility with several “wings” of rooms Negotiating our way around was interesting at first but we got used to it Several restaurants on site The staff were very helpful There is a shuttle to the beach which was very convenient Enjoyed the stay

We loved the property, easy walk to old town where all the action is. Nice pool area, the property is large and easy to get lost. Liked the happy hour held daily in the bar, we met many guests staying in the hotel and had lots of fun. The breakfast was awesome. We would stay here again, the room was large and clean.
