Gros complexe avec de nombreux couloirs, escaliers et ascenseurs (3 pour rejoindre notre chambre). Nous étions au bloc A chambre non rénovée mais confortable et climatisée. Hotel bien situé, 5 min à pied gare routière, 5 min à pied de la marina. Petit déjeuner buffet trés varié et bon. Parking voiture de l'hotel gratuit.

We most enjoyed these aspects of NH Algarve Lagos resort: easy and vlose access to the pool (we were in block C) and pool bar/food, the complimentary breakfast, restaurant options, and the beach shuttle. We much appreciated the beach loungers and sunshade already on the beach for us for just $12/day. We also enjoyed the beach NH restaurant. The tiles and decor of the hotel are beautiful. Carpeted hallways could use a refresh. Great location near bus stop, train station, and Lagos Marina. We loved that!

Love this hotel, stayed there 9 years and decided to come back the breakfast is amazing and my kid enjoyed the pool will come back again for sure

Great place

Já havíamos ficado no hotel e tinha sido muito bom, porém o hotel é muito grande e dividido por alas, dessa vez a que ficamos tinha bastante coisa precária. O recepcionista Rafael foi excelente em seu atendimento, mas muitas funcionárias da recepção atendem super mal.

We absolutely loved our stay in Lagos. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. The pool and beach club were lovely as well. We were a family of three wi math a teenager. The room was spacious and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Booked last minute but turned out to be a dream trip and stay at NH. Woke up at 6am on the first morning to see the sun rising from our room - the glow of Lagos under a pink sky is unique/special. Amazing location and staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived at the hotel. You’ll see a lot of reviews stating how good the breakfast is… it really is that good. Safe hotel parking, town centre close by and a hotel bus service to the beach which was brilliant. Didn’t want to leave to go home - no other hotel or resort would have matched NH for our first visit of Portugal.

A very aged resort Nice location to old town But they operate in a disingenuous way. After our booking we reveived an email to select a room number. It was a poorly veiled attempt to upsell. Every room number cost more. Some $200 or more per night. We did not bite. As a result we got a room in the back of the resort with a view of the alley. But I'm glad we didn't upgrade, as the rest of the resort is worn and dated. Not 4 stars maybe 3 if your generous

The staff was amazing, and the location was excellent. The hotel itself is a bit worn out and could use some updates, but the friendly service and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.

Hôtel défraîchie qui nécessiterait de bonnes rénovations. Les photos ne sont pas toutes représentatives de la réalité. Notre chambre était loin et dans un bloc à rénover. Pour s’y rendre nous devions emprunter des escaliers, des couloirs et trois ascenseurs différents. Pas très pratique. La piscine est très bien, la réception et le buffet déjeuner aussi. L’hôtel est très bien situé, on se rend dans la vieille ville facile à pied.

Nice hotel, some areas could do with maintenance improvements. Staff all very helpful. I believe they have recently changed names so the two taxis we took had no idea where it was

The place was ok, I felt that it could need more upgrades for the price they charge. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing at the resort. I would definitely go there again but during low peak seasons because I cannot justify paying all that money for the rooms we got

Das Hotel ist schon sehr alt und benötigt eine Renovation. Nach mehreren Reklamationen über den Wasserhahn der locker war, Ameisen im Zimmer (welche immer mehr wurden) bis hin zur Balkontür die nicht richtig zu ging, konnten wir das Zimmer nach mehreren Tagen wechseln. Wir wurden immer wieder vertröstet, es würde jemand kommen, der sich das anschaut.. Es ist jedoch nie jemand gekommen. Bilder auf Webseiten sind nicht mehr akutell. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okey, jedoch auch nicht wie auf den Bildern. Das Supperior Zimmer ist im grossen und ganzen schön, jedoch benötigt auch dies eine Renovation, denn die Badezimmertür konnte in beiden Zimmern nicht wirklich geschlossen werden, ohne den Türgriff in der Hand zu haben. Es hat für ein solch grosses Hotel sehr wenig Liegen am Pool, dir Liegen am Strand sind jedoch sehr gut. Junge Paare werden nicht wirklich ernst genommen, was sehr schade ist.

Nice property and convenient location. The breakfast is phenomenal. Facilities are good, but gym does not open until 8:30am and parking can be limited if returning late. Staff was very nice and helpful when we requested anything including extending our stay.
