There were bed bugs and Cockroaches in the rooms, we had to switch rooms and while the staff was polite and tried to move us to another room, there were cockroaches in that room too Very disappointing and bad!! will not be travelling to this location again!

Nice place to stay, a calm place. Room was comfortable and clean. Everything was fine.

Run down place. Booked thru AirBnB which was 50% more expensive than the price listed on the hotel website

Loved my stay! Room was cozy and just what I needed. Was very quiet and felt safe especially for a solo traveler. I appreciate the pricing as well. 🙂

Everything in the room including air conditioning was doing well. What I really disliked was on the check in process for being requested to provide my ID and credit card to be copied from both sides.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly. I found it amusingly entertaining that the Front Desk had a computer virtual associate. they offered coffee in the morning and a little kitchen area with a fridge microwave utensils vending machine. The hotel room had little bars of soap and shampoo. i really appreciated that. they have an elevator which was very convenient. They have an open patio which I stayed up late playing and talking with my hotel guests. parking on the street was convenient, safe, easy to park and walk into the hotel. Parking was not hard here at all. No parking lot, it's street parking but very useful. I like that they don't use keys or key cards it's digital access codes, and feels very secure. laundry is $15 cash for them to wash and dry for you and my clothes came out smelling so good and not damaged. I had a very overall pleasant stay super satisfied for the price.

We would never stay here again, there was cockroaches in our room. I wanted a refund but they wouldn't give me one, did give me a better room. The first room had toilet paper stuffed in the bottom of the window to try to block a gap. There was a cracked bulge below the window in the wall. The new room had a hole in the ceiling panel. The inside of the elevator had something spilled down the length of the door. The virtual greeter system was weird, there was a person right there to help us...we needed washclothes and hand towels no instructions on how to call on the phone to the front desk, tried dialing 0, got the virtual greeter who couldn't keep us so had to go to the front desk to ask. No shelf in the shower.. The street parking sucked, not enough room. Dixie size cups for the tea and the coffee. Rooms small, overpriced rooms.Only good parts of the stay were the tea offered, locks on doors, lobby and outside area.

The air condition was effective. The staff made delicious coffee. They had a beautiful patio and elevator. The whole property was decorated beautifully. We’re very accommodating friendly. Extra helpful like when a bit above and beyond, walked me down to my car helped me with my issue made me feel very at home

Good hotel!

Room was way too small. Hotel hallway was not clean at all. Room smelled like so much Clorox me and my husband immediately got a headache. We asked for a refund even partial as was denied. Will not be booking here again.

I really didn't mind this hotel. My family and I stopped at Hotel San Jorge for a few hours. We had to wait a bit until our room was ready as we arrived before the check in time. However, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was very close to the airport, Pueblo supermarket and the cruise port. I would stay at Hotel San Jorge in the future. Thanks

The sheets on the bed were not clean

The floors inside the room and in the hallways are mopped, but it seems like it’s been quite a long time since anyone used soap. All the floors are slightly sticky. The vending machine machine is useless. Either keep it in good repair or get rid of it. Give your guests a bottle of water.
