Es un hotel cómodo, chiquito pero funcional, no esperes micho del servicio y las amenidades. La propiedad necesita mantenimiento, la puerta de mi baño no cerraba, la caja fuerte estaba bloqueada y no tuve agua caliente en la mañana, me bañé con agua fría. Otro contra es que cobran por "cuidar" tus maletas y lo tienes que hacer mediante una app. Ni siquiera la guarda de equipaje te incluyen. :/

The sheets on the bed were not clean

The floors inside the room and in the hallways are mopped, but it seems like it’s been quite a long time since anyone used soap. All the floors are slightly sticky. The vending machine machine is useless. Either keep it in good repair or get rid of it. Give your guests a bottle of water.

The virtual desk clerk is future

Hotel is very dated - the check in process is very strange with a remote check in but live people also working the desk at the same time. Not even free tap water in the lobby. Towels are incredibly thin. Only one outlet in the room. Staff were nice overall.

The room that we stayed in was small, but enough for our needs that night. I enjoyed the art, vases and sculpture in the lobby, and the fusion Thai - Puerto Rican restaurant around the corner was excellent

This hotel does not have a human checking you when everything is down virtually on the computer and when my husband got there, he and another guest could not get into their rooms the virtual check-in was down was not working. They got in after 11 PM due to flight delays and there was no one there to assist them. They slept in the lobby until 8 AM at that time. Staff came in and gave them the keys to their room so they were in their room for just three hours. I’m not writing my review for the other client they can do their own. I am speaking strictly what my husband experience and I will be contacting Travelocity for a full refund because this was unacceptable. Who wants to sleep in the lobby after the traveling all day.

Nice staff who are very accommodating. Rooms are small yet cozy for one or two people. You’ll get a hot shower and a bed to sleep in. It’s located on a busy street with lots of traffic so the noise is high even at night. If you like bars, there’s a bar right next door that has a great menu of food and drinks. Affordable rates and good overall place to stay.

Enjoyed breakfast nearby at Abracadabra. Check-in at the hotel was interesting, virtual greeter on TV screen.

I would never return. Bed was small for 2 people, we arrived late due to delayed flight and no place to eat.

Worst experience. Rooms were iffy on cleanliness. To check in you don’t have a real person but someone virtual it was so unprofessional and not efficient with guest care. Got a call at 9:30 to our room saying we didn’t pay and we did. That was a nightmare as they didn’t have their records straight so had to get my receipt from Expedia and even showing it was paid wanted to argue it wasn’t. Finally they got it figured out. Would not recommend this at all Going to try to get our money back on this

This was a simple property conveniently located with caring staff. Parking was oon the street and not too difficult to find a spot.
