The young ladies at the front desk were amazing an very helpful for us! Especially the lady at night! She even helped us find a laundry mat across the street!!!!! Spoke great English too!

Perfect stay

Good localisation close to PILZENER BEER FACTORY

Very disappointing. Room was large and spacious, but we quickly realised that the bathroom was very dirty (body fluids, hair, etc) and the shower head and taps were covered in limescale. The mini-fridge was brown with mould in the back and the edges of the carpets were covered in dust and dirt, as were the tables. There was a large dark dirty mark on the carpet, as well as some smaller ones. We cleaned the room and bathroom as best we could. We had travelled 7 hours and just wanted a meal and a shower! The towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as did one of the pillows. As we left the hotel to find food we told the lady at reception. She shrugged and told us we should have told her and she would have moved us. To be fair, she had not been helpful when we had enquired about parking and only when we had specifically asked about the space outside the hotel, marked for the hotel, did she confirm that we could park there if we paid the outrageous cost of €9 (parking on the road, unsecured). We gave 2 stars for service as the young gentleman on reception this morning apologised profusely when we told him of our issues. Although the location of the hotel is not great, it is only a 20 min walk from the main square, where a variety of restaurants offer great food at excellent prices.

Didnt advertise the room was a shared bathroom and shower. Found this out late in the night and no body around to help. I think the description and itinerary need a reality check. Great kebab shop right next door and opposite the train station.

The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power.

Right across the street from the main train station. Walkable to Lochotín Zoo for Metalfest

Generally a good stay in a spacy room. Only the breakfast service was not too profesional.

Location close to train and Urquel brewery, but little else open on Sun. No mat for slippery and high tub. No English TV. Nice room w/couch, but private rm bath down hall. Breakfast simple, but good. Lobby comfortable.

Liked bathroom vanity and size of room. Liked bed. Loved location . Couldn't be any closer to train station and close to old Town. Disliked drapes were not working well. Shower sprayer leaked badly and drain flowed poor. Had to interrupt shower so tub did not fill up. Tub too high for older folks. No non slip strips in tub. Not enough outlets, had to unplug items to charge phone and run CPAP

The hotel was great conditions, very close to the city centre offering good service and sizable space the rooms.

Front desk Gentlman was great. Hotel is in a great location. A/C didn’t work very well. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel is in a convenient location to the Pilzner Brewery. The room was adequate and the breakfast was typical for European morning meal. We stopped here to do a tour of the brewery. The hotel is also located a short walk from the football stadium. Although today the locals lost, there was a street party in the old town square, with bands and street performers. Great food in the restaurant that we chose. All in all a fun day.

We took a weekend trip to Pilzen. This hotel is close to everything! Two minute walk from the train station and less than 15 minutes to square and brewery and museum. It was a little dated but clean and staff were excellent

Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Apart from that my stay was ok.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Furniture out of date. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, but we were able to air it out. The advertised air conditioning did not do much. Worst of all, they dont dry their towels in a clothes dryer. The towels were hard and crusty. Breakfast was ok. Bed was so so. Would not return.
