호텔 아스토리

역 바로 앞에 있는 호텔이라 기차타고 와서 바로 체크인하러 가기 좋았어요. 방도 그리 작지 않고, 넓은 욕실에 욕조도 있었습니다. 근처에 필스너 우르켈 양조장이 있고 시내 중심가까지도 걸어서 다닐만 해요. 조용하고 아늑하고, 조식도 그럭저럭 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고요.

Zimmer ohne Wifi-Signal, Gestank im Gang vom Restaurant, Schimmel im Badezimmer, unfreundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück. Das ist kein 4* Hotel, für das sie sich verkaufen. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Musste es leider buchen, weil ich zu spät dran war und alle anderen Hotels in Pilsen bereits voll waren

The young ladies at the front desk were amazing an very helpful for us! Especially the lady at night! She even helped us find a laundry mat across the street!!!!! Spoke great English too!

Endlich mal ein sehr sauberes Zimmer ohne Flecken im Teppich. Das Bad hätte allerdings etwas sauberer sein können

Good localisation close to PILZENER BEER FACTORY

Very disappointing. Room was large and spacious, but we quickly realised that the bathroom was very dirty (body fluids, hair, etc) and the shower head and taps were covered in limescale. The mini-fridge was brown with mould in the back and the edges of the carpets were covered in dust and dirt, as were the tables. There was a large dark dirty mark on the carpet, as well as some smaller ones. We cleaned the room and bathroom as best we could. We had travelled 7 hours and just wanted a meal and a shower! The towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as did one of the pillows. As we left the hotel to find food we told the lady at reception. She shrugged and told us we should have told her and she would have moved us. To be fair, she had not been helpful when we had enquired about parking and only when we had specifically asked about the space outside the hotel, marked for the hotel, did she confirm that we could park there if we paid the outrageous cost of €9 (parking on the road, unsecured). We gave 2 stars for service as the young gentleman on reception this morning apologised profusely when we told him of our issues. Although the location of the hotel is not great, it is only a 20 min walk from the main square, where a variety of restaurants offer great food at excellent prices.

Didnt advertise the room was a shared bathroom and shower. Found this out late in the night and no body around to help. I think the description and itinerary need a reality check. Great kebab shop right next door and opposite the train station.

Very well located / well acoustically insulated / clean bathroom Bed can be improved but not a big deal for a One night stay

The hotel was well set up, clean, inviting with excellent service from the desk personnel as well as the breakfast service that was available for an extra fee. The room and the bathroom was very clean.There was hand soap available in the bathroom for guests to wash their hands.This hotel is not air-conditioned, which is normal for the Czech Republic with its high rates for electric power.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt, und mein Zimmer war riesig, ging aber auf eine ziemlich befahrene Straße raus, so dass offene Fenster kein Thema sind, auch die Pilsner Brauerei und die Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer schön hergerichtet und sauber, Auslegeware leider sehr fleckig....Frühstück gut und ausreichend

Die Badewanne hat Positiv gepunktet. Das Fernsehen war klein für der große Zimmer.
