This hotel exudes an old world charm It does convey a sense of a faded yester year but our room was well appointed and spacious with a separate mini hall from which to access the bath room. The bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard fare but more than adequate. We highly recommend this hotel for comfort and v good value for monet.

The room was not clean. There was a used towel, blood stains on the phone cord and on the comforter, the minibar was empty and did not work. After complaining, the staff came up to change the comforter and clean the stains. This was not pleasant

Room was large. Very quiet for sleeping apart from the rumble of trams. Hotel was elegantly decorated. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast buffet items appeared dried out and unappetising. Coffee from the carafe was old and bitter.

Hotel byl pěkný, čistý. Obsluha příjemná. Pouze snídaně nebyla úplně dle našich představ. Hodně věcí chybělo, nebylo nějak aktivně doplňováno. Jednu dobu chyběli i talíře nebo veškeré uzeniny (šunka, sýr, salám). Jinak jsme byli spokojeni. Hotel kousek od centra i zastávek na veřejnou dopravu.
