本当に快適で、ゆっくり過ごせました。
私たちは3人グループで３日滞在しました。
広いお部屋でしたが、毎日お掃除に入ってくれて、清潔でした。お風呂付きで何より嬉しかったです。熱いお湯がいっぱい出てゆっくり浸かれました。
朝食は野菜や、チーズ、ハム系も種類が豊富で毎朝楽しめました。建物は確かにクラシックな設えですが私たちはとても気に入りました。スタッフの方はどなたも笑顔で対応してくれて親切です。立地はどこに行くにも便利な所でした。もしまたプラハに行くことがあったら宿泊したいです。

I am quite fond of this hotel. First, the staff are nice compare to other. They help me save a take-out of breakfast and give it to me when I returned at the afternoon. The toilet at the lobby use some old-fashion key to open. It's fun, haha. ^^ However, I have to say the hotel is quite old and the bathroom door and a closet (one look like its from horror movie) are hard to open. Still I find it funny.

Poor ventilation made me feel dizzy when staying inside the room. 4 towels at least got 1 unchanged for 2 days stay, the other 2 changed. Towel with hole on it.

The location is closed to train station. There are train and metro stations nearby. You can easily find markets to buy local foods near the hotel. The wifi is strong to provide fast connection rate. The room is clean. Breakfast is normal and need to wait for refilling as only 2 people is working for. The disappointing point is the bed is too soft. My hip is dropping when I lay down on it.

The hotel is near the metro station I. P. Pavlova, it's quite convenient to go out although it's not near town centre. Room is big but a bit old. The wifi coverage is good but I think the central network is poor. I cannot get access to the Internet sometimes.

The room was not clean. There was a used towel, blood stains on the phone cord and on the comforter, the minibar was empty and did not work. After complaining, the staff came up to change the comforter and clean the stains. This was not pleasant

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã muito bom, o atendimento excelente e o quarto confortável e silencioso. O único problema é o chuveiro, pois para tomar banho tem que segurar com uma das mãos para se molhar, já que não tem suporte alto na parede.

Room was large. Very quiet for sleeping apart from the rumble of trams. Hotel was elegantly decorated. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast buffet items appeared dried out and unappetising. Coffee from the carafe was old and bitter.
