Letna Garden Suites

I have traveled many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments hotels. This place was lacking and was nothing like the pictures. Needs major upgrades and information for its guest. The room was musty and dirty floor. Bugs flying around.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

The host was not responsive to our requests. There was no remote control for the TV and it took 3 days to get one. The pillows were horrible and the bed had a big gap in the middle when two single beds were put together as one king bed

Excellent stay overall. Lovely sized apartment with separate living, sleeping and kitchen which was perfect for us between going out. Though comfortable the place looks like it could do with an overall revamp and updating, but still did feel homely and safe. The shower was awkward to use as the head twisted towards the wall so couldn’t stand centrally and the water was warm all the time despite taps being red hot. Plenty of water and good pressure otherwise and did not affect being able to wash. Lovely local restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes with 20 minute walk to old town square and other sight seeing locations. Overall had a great stay and would happily stay there again. The room was ready early and the host allowed us a late check out due to a late flight which we were very appreciative of. Recommend as a comfortable base with plenty of room.

Airbnb style, no amenities but quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!

Good location and large comfortable room. It’s remotely operated so you get a code for entry (no reception). I’d go back.

Great location! Great space!

The property was just right for ourselves and our 13 year old grandson. We could however have done with a baking tray for the oven and another oven shelf plus an oven glove or equivalent to take hot things out of the oven.

Lovely spacious apartment, lovely walk to old town, plenty of shops and food spots around, great location, would definitely recommend & would stay again….also very great communication…

The property was perfect for what we wanted to see. Host was very friendly and helpful. Property could do with some updating but nothing that would ruin your stay.

The property has a great location and the first impression was wow - large tall doors, the main room was well designed and the area is great. But then the little things added up. The sofa bed was bobbled - which you could feel and on the mattress there were stains. The walls in the bedroom had strange stains and w have been painted over. The shower wasn’t terribly clean. We enjoyed cooking but found no salt or oil which would have been helpful. A wine glass maybe? There were no instructions for anything - like the heating so we didn’t know how to manage it. I think a proper welcome would have been good to settle in and ask questions.

Apartment had a nice modern bedroom and kitchen. Staff was excellent, we had a few issues but they took care of them right away. Sofa sleepers are very warm and need replacement. Stained and torn, and ear plugs are required as this units bedroom shared a wall with main entrance, door slamming may wake you. Good location, about 25 minute walk to Christmas market, but a nice pleasant walk thru Letna Park. Very safe

Property was good, kitchen was new and modern bathroom was clean and pleasant, sofa sleepers were worn and matresses need replaced. They were a bit strained. Customer service was great, had a few issues but they fixed them immediately. Great location to all the sites, if your okay with walking. We enjoyed the beauty of Letna park. Definitely need earplugs as bedroom shares wall with main hallway and entrance door slamming. Good price, just need new sofas.

The apartment was great. It had everything you need and they even left tablets and liquids you’d need for the dishwasher and laundry. The kitchenette was stocked with utensils etc needed for cooking. Communication with check in instructions was not delivered before the day of check in and was delivered via WhatsApp.

The Property was well positioned for a small walk through Letna Park and over the bridge to the centre Also very easy check in and lovely big apartment
