샤워실 ,세면대 물이 매우 친절하게 잘 안빠졌고... 이불 소파 그렇게 깨끗하게 보이지 않았지만 잠은 매우 편안하게 잤고 하지만 좀 낡았구요. 교통 좋은편, 근처슈퍼 있고 근데 샤워실 깔끔하지 않고, 근처에 좋은 공원이 있고, 이불이 덜 청결한거 같다는 생각이 막 들려는 찰라에 편리하게 체크아웃 했습니다.

Terrible service. When I arrived, I entered the code to unlock the door—an old wooden door—but it seemed to be stuck. I would hear a click indicating it had unlocked, but when I pushed it, it wouldn't open; this happened to me several times. I called the contact number I had been given, and I was answered by a man with an abysmal attitude. He yelled at me over the phone, insisting that he had already sent me the instructions, that I should read them, and that there was nothing else he could do. I explained the trouble I was having with the door, but he repeatedly shouted that it wasn't his problem and hung up on me. I felt utterly desperate; it was my first time in the country, I was all alone, and it was nearly dark. I called him back and explained the whole situation again—that I was a solo tourist visiting his country for the first time, that I had just endured a 16-hour flight, that night was falling fast, and that I didn't know what to do. He was incredibly cruel to me; he shouted "Listen to me! Listen to me!" twice, repeated the same line—"I sent you the instructions; I can't do anything else for you"—and hung up on me once again. In the end, I simply left and went to another hotel. I filed a claim for a refund through the Expedia app, but the hotel representative told them that the booking was non-refundable. All in all, it was a complete disaster.

Room was clean and amenities were in good condition.

Simple, straightforward check-in and check-out process. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and a good cleanliness level. Convenient location, and accommodating management.

Not properly cleaned. Smells very heavily of something awful in the bathroom, like mold. Looks like black mold on the windowframe. Had to have the bathroom window open to be able to use the bathroom

I have traveled many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments hotels. This place was lacking and was nothing like the pictures. Needs major upgrades and information for its guest. The room was musty and dirty floor. Bugs flying around.

4 stars for its generous space at a very convenient location. Lovely parks & all sorts of shops & restaurants along the tram route for local tastes. 10 mins by tram to main tourist area, or you can walk too. #59 then #26 you're almist at its door from the airport. Very easy to find. The owner texts you upon your arrival (not before that) to give room number & door code etc so make sure you've data mobile or using wifi at the airport first. Good for large group travel given the space. It's like a home with old features but it's very clean. The building itself is charming. Very safe to walk around. I used senior prices for public transportation and tourist tickets around which was a bonus. They probably need to change some of the old sheets though I believe that they're clean.

Great location

The host was not responsive to our requests. There was no remote control for the TV and it took 3 days to get one. The pillows were horrible and the bed had a big gap in the middle when two single beds were put together as one king bed

Moderne, simple Unterkunft in praktischer Lage um Prag zu erkunden. Die Möbel sind etwas in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, aber es ist grundsätzlich sauber (keine 5 Sterne Hotel Sauberkeit , aber das sollte man hier auch nicht erwarten) und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es gibt keine Rezeption, man wird kommt über einen Tür herein und bekommt über einen Schlüs

Lett å finne frem. Kontaktløs innsjekk og utsjekk- god kommunikasjon med utleier. Vi sendte melding til utleier om at vi ikke syntes det var tilfredstillende renhold. Opplevde utleier som seriøs og tok tak i vår henvendelse med en gang. Leiligheten ble rengjort grundig. Stor, lys og trivelig leilighet. Fin park i nærområdet og god kollektiv transport. Ett pluss med både vaske- og oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten.

Fin lejlighed, god plads. Rent men noget slidte gulve. Fint badeværelse og køkken. God beliggenhed.

Excellent stay overall. Lovely sized apartment with separate living, sleeping and kitchen which was perfect for us between going out. Though comfortable the place looks like it could do with an overall revamp and updating, but still did feel homely and safe. The shower was awkward to use as the head twisted towards the wall so couldn’t stand centrally and the water was warm all the time despite taps being red hot. Plenty of water and good pressure otherwise and did not affect being able to wash. Lovely local restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes with 20 minute walk to old town square and other sight seeing locations. Overall had a great stay and would happily stay there again. The room was ready early and the host allowed us a late check out due to a late flight which we were very appreciative of. Recommend as a comfortable base with plenty of room.

Airbnb style, no amenities but quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!

Good location and large comfortable room. It’s remotely operated so you get a code for entry (no reception). I’d go back.

Great location! Great space!

The property was just right for ourselves and our 13 year old grandson. We could however have done with a baking tray for the oven and another oven shelf plus an oven glove or equivalent to take hot things out of the oven.

Die Wohnung war okay. Das Schlafsofa war aber eine Katastrophe.

Very good location and good amenities, only the fact that the boiler delayed a lot to warm the water bothers me. We were in 4 in the apartment and we needed to control the time in the shower to avoid some to have a cold shower.
