Great and specious apartment, The balcony was an excellent addition. A little bit far from the center, But Uber is available within minutes of ordering. I would recommend this place for a good stay.

Great in every way except one, only one little think that I find it annoying. Elevators. Good functioning two elevators that seemed to be used a lot by staff doing housekeeping. It lacks service elevators unfortunately, hotel is located in what is like a residential building.

We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience.

The room was wonderful! Very spacious is an understatement, we had the large apartment and it was such good value, had everything you could need. Staff were pleasant enough. The location is close to a great shopping centre with good food outlets and in walking distance to the Bucharest North train station. Only thing I would not recommend is going for breakfast after 9am, it’s so busy, no chance of a table and very overcrowded. Go before 9am, it was a different experience altogether. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Apartment was massive and nicely laid out. Whilst we didn't use the kitchen for cooking it was sufficiently equipped and immaculately clean. We had to turn all the radiators off as it was very warm! Bathrooms clean and showers powerful and hot. One negative, some of the windows probably needed new seals as they let a fair bit of exterior noise in, which disappeared when you pushed them shut harder. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety of foods and great to be able to sit out on the roof terrace to eat. Never had to wait for a table and the breakfast staff were constantly around making sure there was plenty of everything and tables cleared quickly. Staff were happy to look after our luggage in safe storage after checkout but before heading back to airport. Easy Uber to and from Bucharest landmarks and town centre. Definitely a good choice at a great price.

The rooms are spacious enough but pretty old and smelly. sheets upon arrival were not clean in neither of the bedrooms, and the shower had hair on the floor as well! Also requested deposit to be blocked from our card and be reverted upon checkout, but when we check out another colleague told us that they can not revert it, so we checked out without getting our deposit back, and also after all it was not blocked, it was charged!! breakfast was poor and really strange neighbour

The hotel was excellent and our room was huge and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The areas leading to the hotel leave a bit to be desired and the nearest metro is a good 15 minute walk away which could be a lot shorter if there was a short cut. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work but these are just small gripes and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Spacious apartment with blackout curtains and very quiet! Now, the staff and management should keep up with the maintenance of the property as the tv remote didn’t have batteries, one of the ac units did not have a remote whatsoever, so inoperable, another had a remote but without batteries also. One of the bedroom doors does not close and the shower has a very slow drain. These are easy fixes but it shows lack of proper maintenance.
