Location of this hotel is a bit far from centre.

The rooms are spacious enough but pretty old and smelly. sheets upon arrival were not clean in neither of the bedrooms, and the shower had hair on the floor as well! Also requested deposit to be blocked from our card and be reverted upon checkout, but when we check out another colleague told us that they can not revert it, so we checked out without getting our deposit back, and also after all it was not blocked, it was charged!! breakfast was poor and really strange neighbour

We enjoyed our stay at Orhideea Residence Spa. The personal was very charming, they tried to help you in every situation. The apartment had around 150 sqm, incl. a balcony. The spa is cosy and you can relax all the long. The restaurant is located in the last floor, offering fine cousine and an overwhealming view. Only the cleaning stuff for the rooms could work a bit more carefully.

Not a great area but huge rooms were available. The breakfast is included and was good. The spa and pool we didn’t use, but it seemed like families were using the amenities.

The hotel was excellent and our room was huge and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The areas leading to the hotel leave a bit to be desired and the nearest metro is a good 15 minute walk away which could be a lot shorter if there was a short cut. Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work but these are just small gripes and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Spacious apartment with blackout curtains and very quiet! Now, the staff and management should keep up with the maintenance of the property as the tv remote didn’t have batteries, one of the ac units did not have a remote whatsoever, so inoperable, another had a remote but without batteries also. One of the bedroom doors does not close and the shower has a very slow drain. These are easy fixes but it shows lack of proper maintenance.

Great place. So spacious and perhaps the most comfy bed I have slept on for years. Very helpful staff and a great place to base yourself for a family holiday.

Salvo el error al hacer el check in que nos dieron la habitación de gente que ya estaba ocupada y el desayuno bastante pobre, el resto aceptable.

Lovely apartment very clean and well maintained, good food at a reasonable price, The only negative no air con Bolt taxi are the way to get around
