The smell at the corridor was terrible, but only thing the room is big, the bed is so hard i have back pain. The security guard was very dishonest and told us there is no private parking. Later we found out there was and we parked our car, after making a complain at the reception.

Great stay

This was a 5 star hotel 30 years ago. Now it’s a 2. Rooms smell of mold - windows won’t open.

Decent stay. Hotel is nice and grand, however quite old. Check-in desk is slow even at 11:30pm. Rooms are nice and big, but old furnishings.

Hotel was virtually empty with the main restaurant being completely empty and a total of 6 in the buffet restaurant where the food looked very basic. To make matters worse there was absolutely no amenities around the hotel to go use Room was comfortable but tired as was the bathroom Dreadful location Avoid this hotel

It’s time to upgrade this hotel!

We were locked out of our rooms on 20th night when checkout was 21st. On checkout, printer wasn't working for receipt. We left our e-mail address and were promised prompt delivery by the front desk staff member. No e-mail after a week. On entry, receptionist took her time on her mobile phone instead of promptly and courteously attending to guests. Only two towels were topped up on cleaning every day for five days, when we booked for three guests. Limited water bottles. Limited top-up of cutlery, cups, tea/coffee, bathroom items. Attention detail is important - it's the little things that matter. Tried to get our US$ exchanged for Saudi Riyals several times during our stay - front desk/concierge was never able to execute this simple request. Room faced another building - barely any sunlight. Asked for another facing the main road - no active response.
