Perfect and great stay Will be coming again for sure

A disappointing experience that did not meet expectations. The hotel differs significantly from the photos presented. The furniture is noticeably worn and not clean, with visible stains on the sofas. There is also an unpleasant odor throughout the room. The bathroom curtains have a strong musty smell that is clearly noticeable in both the room and bathroom. The bed mattress and pillows are heavily worn and have lost their firmness due to extensive use. Overall, this was an experience that will not be repeated. Had circumstances allowed, I would not have continued my stay at the hotel.

Everything and I mean everything met our expectations, but Mr Ibrahim on front desk just took the service to a whole new level. A very well done to him and senior management should consider making a better use of his talent. Keep it up.

Amazing customer service by the Reception staff, especially Ibrahim, who went out of his way to help me book a travel ticket as I was not able to do so. He also kindly upgraded me to a suite, a very generous gesture. Even though I only stayed a night and couldn't use any amenities, I had a great experience and felt at home !

Every thing was so perfect for me, hotel condition, location, staff, price, parking and all other features. My stay was so comfortable.

Breakfast was not included but my reservation clearly said it is. They do not transmit football on the TV.

The manager solved my problem and compensated me with a good lunch. Thank you

The smell at the corridor was terrible, but only thing the room is big, the bed is so hard i have back pain. The security guard was very dishonest and told us there is no private parking. Later we found out there was and we parked our car, after making a complain at the reception.
