The room was really clean and modern, it just lacked drawer space, there was only one in the bedside cabinets and nowhere to put any clothes

Lovely staff and a fantastic room

Hotel location was ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was situated at the back and was totally quiet in spite of some celebrations in the main block. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed and the meals in the restaurant were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly staff from arrival to departure. The room was spacious with a lovely big, comfy bed. Good to have the option of a reading light. We chose to have a meal in the bar and although the staff were busy with a function, we felt looked after. Our meals were beautifully presented and so tasty. Very good location for Queen's Park park run.

Room very clean. Would like to see bannister on opposite side of stairs in Townhouse. Bannister is on the side where stairs are narrow which is not brilliant for those with mobility problems. Lovely meal and barman/waiter very pleasant. Reception staff also pleasant and helpful.

Clean room, very nice front desk staff, considerate housekeepers, amenities great. It was quiet The stairs to the room and the different doorways were tricky for me.

The room was quite small and the ceiling was low on one side of the bed. My husband hit his head getting out of bed. Also since the room was immediately next to the stair and there was no lift the noise made by people dragging their luggage up the stair was disturbing.

The window was floor to ceiling in the bathroom but didn’t lock and someone cold have eaisly opened it from the outside. My daughter needed to run to the bathroom and took the only key we had so i went to the desk and asked for a new key. she did not ask me for my name or anything just handed me the key. I felt so unsafe. Thank goodness my daughter in laws family let me stay with them.

We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions due to it being conveniently situated to Hampden stadium. Staff are friendly and helpful. On this occasion our room was upgraded which we were delighted about. All rooms we have stayed in are tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. What a beautiful room the executive suite we were given was. Such a spacious room.

Lovely stay

We stayed two nights. At check-in we received a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Reception, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly and efficient. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Great staff and exceptionally clean.

I stayed here after my book launch of The Way That Loved me Back and on what would have been my beloved gran's birthday. When i checked in there was a funeral reception. And later I met my friend who had been to Linn Cemetery to see off a friend as well. So it was an emotional stay. However, the front reception staff made checkin a breeze, and although I didnt reserve a table for dinner my friend and I were accommodated for in the bar. The barman was professional and friendly. The food was delicious, compliments to the chef. And then afterwards, the best was yet to come. My room was upgraded to the Club Rooms. My room was at the back overlooking the marquee. The room was super spacious, had sufficient furniture to enjoy a decaf coffee while watching some tv before taking a shower. The shiwer room was beautifully styled and the water pressure from the shower was simply amazing and forceful. After closing the curtains and turning off the room the room perfectly dark and I enjoyed the most amazing sleep on a great sized bed which was very very comfortable. And now i'm feeling super energised and ready to begin the long journey home. And the best thing of all was I never even knew this place had existed. It's as if it appeared out of nowhere just for me to spend a special overnight in Glasgow.
