Noella is an amazing host! I highly recommend this place! It is a clean place, close to Beau Vallon beach by foot and close to Victoria city centre by bus in 10 minutes or less if there is no traffic. Forever will be grateful to Noella and everyone else for making my stay so warm and welcoming! You get to experience authentic Seychellois culture in a beautiful cozy property.

I had a wonderful stay with Nöella! The room was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the lemongrass water and fruits that were provided. The property is in a beautiful setting and it’s very easy to get around. Nöella was really helpful, kind, generous and a beautiful host overall.

Our stay could not have been better.Since we arrived, we were greeted and taken care off by Noella like never before anywhere else! She made us feel at home and showed us how kindness and love mix so well with a beautiful paradise and that gave us the rest we needed.

Noela who runs the property is the greatest host I've ever seen! She gave me fruits from her garden, showed me around the town, and even dropped me in the boat station on my departure. She is super friendly and nice to be around. The room is very comfortable. Whole place gives you an impression like you live in botanical garden. There are a lot of plants around and also some animals: cats, dogs, chicken and rabbits.

If wanting to experience more of the Seychellois culture over big corporate resorts this is a wonderful choice. Our hostess Noella was most gracious, accommodating and a joy to meet. Lapasyans is very private and for the most part quiet. Once in awhile one can hear the dogs in the neighbourhood, but all part of the community experience. Overall we loved our time there, wishing we could stay longer. So now, we will have to return to the Seychelles to visit again.

Comment parler de notre séjour à lapasyans sans parler de son attachante hôtesse Noëlla qui nous a mis à l'aise dès les premiers instants avec sa citronnade de bienvenue faite avec des fruits du jardin. Accueil chaleureux sa disponibilité l'attention particulière qu'elle porte à ses clients. Le logement est propre fonctionnel caché dans la verdure bien qu'étant proche de la route on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit des voitures. On a des commerces à quelques minutes à pied une boulangerie très proche la plage de beau vallon qu'on peut rejoindre à pied ou en bus. On avait le studio confort idéal pour les couples. On a beaucoup apprécié les fruits cueillis le jour même trouvé sur notre terrasse le matin. Nous recommandons ARDEMMENT LAPASYSANS SELF-CATERING à tous ceux qui voudraient passer par Beau Vallon ils seront très satisfaits. Un grand merci à Noëlla d'avoir facilité notre premier séjour aux Seychelles en s'adressant à nous en français. MARYSE et GÉRARD.

This is a guest house with 5-star service. I was so welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the hostess made sure I enjoyed my stay and holiday. It was spotless clean with all the amenities one might need. The beautiful garden was amazing full of colourful plants and birds. The location was good, only 1km from the beach and a bus stop nearby. Im so happy I booked this place after reading all the fantastic reviews. Now I can only recommend it myself and I'd definitely stay here again.

Careful owner, familial place, you feel being a king, freedom to the maximum, much more than expected, generosity to the maximum, very close bus station, many bus lines, very calm; on the other side, the internet is sometimes bad and there is no sign on the main road for the property.

Amazing place to stay at. We loved spending every minute there as the hostess was very friendly and made sure we have a good stay. She came with fresh fruits everyday from her garden as they tasted so wonderful. She also helped us cook a traditional Seychellish dish which tasted really good. I hope to come to Seychelles again and book a visit to this place again!

What a wonderful place to stay in Mahé Island, close to supermarkets, eateries and Beau Vallon Beach. The owner, Noella, is also the best host I've ever met, she is sweet and kind, and made a Creole-style dinner for us when all the guests were together. Each morning she cut some fresh home-grown papaya and mango for us to eat and her husband even drove me to the Morne Blanc trail when I told her, I was interested in hiking. This place surely lives up to the hype and the perfect reviews, and I can definitely recommend this place for everyone visiting the Seychelles!

Excellent place to stay. Great for quiet and relaxing nights. Walk to the beach is 15 minutes plenty of shops around and bakery next door is very convenient. Lovely lady took care of us really well very friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed the stay. Thank you 😊

Noela and her family warmly welcomed me into their guesthouse. They provided fresh fruits from their trees and fresh eggs from their chickens. They visited with me, let me keep my things in the room past check out time, and were exceptionally friendly. Certainly a place anyone would love to stay.

We loved the complete experience. From the first minute when Noella met us at the gate with a lovely smile to the moment we left, waving a sad farewell, we had a great time. Noella had thought of everything that we could have needed. We had a fan as well as air con, a well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor dining area in her lovely garden of tropical plants that surrounds the three apartments. Noella greeted us most mornings with a surprise bowl of home grown tropical fruit. She gave us helpful advice about what to see and how to get there. There is a local bakery and small supermarket within metres of the accommodation and the bars, restaurants and beach of Beauvallon are only 10-15 mins walk away. Noella even gave us rice to feed the beautiful wild birds that live in her garden. We especially enjoyed being invited to meet her family over a home cooked creole meal - absolutely delicious. We are well travelled people, but this is the first time we have bought our hosts a parting gift, such was their hospitality and generosity.
