Fantastic!

I had a wonderful stay with Nöella! The room was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the lemongrass water and fruits that were provided. The property is in a beautiful setting and it’s very easy to get around. Nöella was really helpful, kind, generous and a beautiful host overall.

The kindness and hospitality of the owner is beyond marvelous. Shi is a wonderful person who sincerely thinks about the guests' comfort and is able to carry it out. I may have realized for the first time the importance of not only the material aspects of an inn, such as facilities and interior design, but also the human aspect.

Very good experience to stay here , Noella is a perfect host , very kind and nice , always take care me .

Noelle ist ein Herzens Mensch. Wir waren sofort herzlich willkommen. Das Zimmer war einfach gehalten aber hat vollkommen gereicht. Noelle hat ein Abendessen mit den anderen Gästen organisiert. Einfach perfekt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen! Gerne wieder!!

Appartment was very clean and comfort and we had a wonderful, big garden with flowers, fruits, lots of beautiful birds and other animals. The best with this place is the host and her family. She has the best service and she also let us try som of her delikatesses from the garden. Highly recommend this place.

Noella is een prima Host. Toen we aankwamen was er een misverstand over de soort kamer maar dit heeft ze prima opgelost. Het huisje met grote keuken en badkamer en slaapkamer met balkon was prachtig. Tevens heeft ze een heerlijk diner voor ons verzorgd. Het strand is wel wat verder lopen dan 10 minuten, zeker op de terugweg als je berg op moet lopen. Beau Vallon is een mooi strand maar op Mahé zouden wij kiezen voor Anse Police (even doorrijden bij de onverharde weg tot daar waar de ketting over de weg hangt. Daar parkeren en nog 5 minuten lopen) wil je verblijven in Beau Vallon, dan is Lapasyans een prachtige plek. De blaffende honden en de Haan in de omgeving zijn het enige minpuntje.

Our stay could not have been better.Since we arrived, we were greeted and taken care off by Noella like never before anywhere else! She made us feel at home and showed us how kindness and love mix so well with a beautiful paradise and that gave us the rest we needed.

Noela who runs the property is the greatest host I've ever seen! She gave me fruits from her garden, showed me around the town, and even dropped me in the boat station on my departure. She is super friendly and nice to be around. The room is very comfortable. Whole place gives you an impression like you live in botanical garden. There are a lot of plants around and also some animals: cats, dogs, chicken and rabbits.

If wanting to experience more of the Seychellois culture over big corporate resorts this is a wonderful choice. Our hostess Noella was most gracious, accommodating and a joy to meet. Lapasyans is very private and for the most part quiet. Once in awhile one can hear the dogs in the neighbourhood, but all part of the community experience. Overall we loved our time there, wishing we could stay longer. So now, we will have to return to the Seychelles to visit again.

Sehr nette gastfreundliche Eigentümerin die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich für die Gäste da ist. Ruhig gelegen und ca 10-15 min vom Zentrum zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr Sauber mit grosszügiger Gemeinschaftsküche. Wasser Kaffee und Früchte kostenlos zu Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen und man fühlt sich wohl.

Perfect service, pick up from the airport and tour of the island organised by Lapasyans were impeccable. Laundry and iron service every day was excellent. I particularly appreciated the quiet and the privacy of the place. The apartment is not far from the famous beach of Beau Vallon. Local shops and bus stop are both located very closely. Noella is the best manager and advisor you will ever find on the island. I will definitely return to Lapasyans.

An excellent quiet place for a relaxing holiday

L’accueil est chaleureux et unique. La Dame qui assure l’accueil est d’une grande gentillesse et nous a apporté tout le confort et les précieux conseils pour visiter la région. Elle nous a aider pour répondre à tous nos besoins. L’accueil est exceptionnel. Le cadre est très propre et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour chez Noella qui nous a vraiment très bien accueilli. Un grand merci encore à elle !

Comment parler de notre séjour à lapasyans sans parler de son attachante hôtesse Noëlla qui nous a mis à l'aise dès les premiers instants avec sa citronnade de bienvenue faite avec des fruits du jardin. Accueil chaleureux sa disponibilité l'attention particulière qu'elle porte à ses clients. Le logement est propre fonctionnel caché dans la verdure bien qu'étant proche de la route on n'est pas dérangé par le bruit des voitures. On a des commerces à quelques minutes à pied une boulangerie très proche la plage de beau vallon qu'on peut rejoindre à pied ou en bus. On avait le studio confort idéal pour les couples. On a beaucoup apprécié les fruits cueillis le jour même trouvé sur notre terrasse le matin. Nous recommandons ARDEMMENT LAPASYSANS SELF-CATERING à tous ceux qui voudraient passer par Beau Vallon ils seront très satisfaits. Un grand merci à Noëlla d'avoir facilité notre premier séjour aux Seychelles en s'adressant à nous en français. MARYSE et GÉRARD.

This is a guest house with 5-star service. I was so welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the hostess made sure I enjoyed my stay and holiday. It was spotless clean with all the amenities one might need. The beautiful garden was amazing full of colourful plants and birds. The location was good, only 1km from the beach and a bus stop nearby. Im so happy I booked this place after reading all the fantastic reviews. Now I can only recommend it myself and I'd definitely stay here again.

Premier logement à notre arrivée aux Seychelles, nous sommes tombé sur une femme merveilleuse, Noëlla qui nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Arrêt bus, boulangerie et épicerie à proximité immédiate sont très appréciables. Plages de Beau Vallon à environ 10 min à pied, le top. Merci pour tout Noella.
