I've stayed at 7Wonders Jalan Besar twice and it's sure to be my favorite hostel when I go to Singapore. Why? 1. Strategic location. Close to Jalan Besar MRT and Lavender MRT. Across from the hostel is a bus stop. 2. Close to a hawker center with halal food. There are several minimarkets too. 3. Breakfast is included for the price. The menu is simple but delicious. The whole wheat bread and peanut butter are delicious. You can refill your drinking water as much as you like. 4. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also speak Indonesian and Malay. 5. It's very quiet at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. Thank you.

I stayed here for 3 days 4 nights in a female-only room because I traveled alone. This place was value for money and budget friendly. It was located about 9 minutes walk from Jalan Besar MRT station and about 5 minutes walk to Mustafa Centre. It was a very convenient place to stay. The bedrooms were clean and equipped with hangers, towels, and blankets. The bathrooms were clean as well with separate toilets and showers. They even provided you a hair dryer, which was very useful for me. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were easy peasy. I even could use the digital weigh-balance for weighing my bag before I checked-out. I highly recommend this place for you when you visit Singapore, no matter if you travel alone or with your family. Thank you 7 Wonders Hostel, keep it up.

So far, first experience staying in a capsule hostel. Overall, if it's about budget, it's very economical. Maybe I'm just not suited to staying in a very small room. The access to everywhere is very good. Close to the MRT and there are many food options around. I also found that near the hotel there is Three Meals A Day on Hamilton Street.

Our hostel is located in a conserved heritage shophouse, and as we are renting the property, there are structural and conservation restrictions that prevent us from altering the layout or creating larger rooms and dormitory spaces. Regarding the noise, shared accommodation means guests from different countries and backgrounds stay together. While we encourage everyone to observe quiet hours and be considerate of fellow guests, we are unfortunately unable to fully control the behaviour of every individual especially after hostel operating hours. 7 Wonders Capsule Hostel (Jalan Besar) "Staying at 7 Wonders was a great experience—a clever, modern way to stay right in the heart of the action. The location is unbeatable, being so central to the MRT and City Square Mall. The front desk is staffed until 2:00 AM, which is fantastic for late arrivals or if you need help in the middle of the night. Inside, the capsules are surprisingly comfortable and clean, but you must be prepared for the house rules. A huge heads-up: no food is allowed inside, only water. We learned this the hard way after buying a bunch of food, so make sure to eat before you head up! While it keeps the place clean, you definitely need to plan for it. Bringing earphones is also an absolute lifesaver. In a shared space, you can’t control if someone is snoring all night, and it can be a real bone of contention if you aren't prepared. With your own headphones, you can drown out the 'chorus' and enjoy the great air-conditioning. One of my favorite parts was the free breakfast. They have a quaint setup where you clean up your own dishes, which I actually found really nice and therapeutic. Friendly staff. There are many types of bathrooms, some are narrow and some are wide, just choose the wide one. The plastic-covered mattress makes noise when you move, but it's okay. The location is on a main road and close to several 24-hour destinations, the free breakfast is varied, I really like it. A deposit of $10 Singapore (cash) is required. Thank you very much, next time I go to Singapore again, I will probably stay here again ^^ hopefully the breakfast time can be earlier (starting from 6 AM maybe), so I can go around earlier.

The location is just walking distance from Mustafa Center and City Square Mall. It is easy to find a restaurant or store in case you need something. The room is okay, safe (equipped with a smart door system), and clean.
