Conrad Singapore Marina Bay

My stay was absolutely incredible. The staff are so welcoming and already ready to help and offer advice on local culture and places to visit. The hotel itself and the room were impeccable. Staff check in on us every day to make sure we didn't need anything. The food at the hotel was delicious. The pool was gorgeous. I loved everything about the city and the hotel.

Excellent hotel and staff, it’s worth upgrading to executive level for extra benefits, better room and amazing breakfast included but wait until it’s offered to you before arrival. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this place, its a genuine 5 star

Really poor experience, the worst welcome I've had at any hotel ever. I had 2 consecutive bookings. I wrote to the hotel to ask them to link them, which was confirmed as done. Check in took 45 minutes (no queue), mostly because the above linking hadn't been done. In advance, Hilton really pushed me to use their app to check in. I did and the app kindly gave an upgraded room with lounge access. At check in (the 45 minutes one) this was removed. I politely queried this, pointing out that the app had upgraded me which they were now taking away and that this wasn't great customer service. The check in person spoke to a manager. Apparently the new room was a slight upgrade (no lounge access) - the manager refused my app-upgrade and openly threatened me by suggesting he downgrade me to my original booking. I appreciate that this would have given me the room I'd booked, but the whole experience was terrible. I pointed out the poor customer service - the manager eventually agreed to the upgrade aggressively and sarcastically. Our booking was for 3 people. We got to our room and there was a double bed and a small sofa (no linen). The same manager called, by chance, so I queried this with him. He refused to provide a rollaway and insisted we use the sofa. He said he'd get it made up, but housekeeping confirmed he didn't request it. When it w, it came with only a thin blanket. A duvet was refused many times. Breakfast always had a queue. No ketchup, despite a shop across the road.

The quality was what you would expect from this level hotel but not any more. The hotel breakfast capacity was too low and there were long waiting lines in the morning. The information related to the National Day activities was not accurate and we had real difficulties getting back to hotel which was because of the city officials.

Very centralized and safe.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean and beds very comfortable. Helpful staff. Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options. Great location right next to 3 malls and Promenade MRT.

Close to MRT, easy walk to Marina Bay Large selection for buffet breakfast and lovely view from night floor in executive Club

Awesome experience

We had a wonderful stay!! Staff were beyond accomodating and maintained professionalism 100% of the time. Although we chose Executive level accesses, it appeared eveyone was treated at that level which was amazing. Would definitely would recommend!! Just checked in to Conrad Singapore Orchard and I can tell, this is going to be a very different experience. Much to be desired within the first hour.

Attentive and courteous services with occasional personal touches. Staff at the club lounge is amazing. Convenient location with less than a minute walk from a MRT station. Will definitely consider staying there next time I go to Singapore.

Nice hotel. However water from the shower lacked strength and temperature during the morning.

Conrad Marina Bay is about a four out of five. Reason they missed that one star is because on check in they gave me a room behind the elevator. It was a nice room with great view BUT the noise from the elevator was not bearable. I called the front desk and they gave me two options - 1. theyll send up earbuds, are you kidding me, Im a paying guest and I have to be the one to adjust, 2. for me to go to the business center and do my work! So, I asked for the manager, the assistant responded and said - I have a room but it has two twin beds or I can give you a downgraded room! I was left with no choice but to take the downgraded room with the full price I paid since I have a virtual meeting in thirty minutes!! Where did they study customer service! The concierge and housekeeping were good The location is excellent. The actual room is showing age - there was an ageing couch on the window, there was only one electrical outlet, the shower had moldy caulking, the toilet is old. The tile and carpeting is showing years of use. The toiletries were nice - Byredo, but seemed watered down.

It’s clean and convenience

We had a wonderful time at Conrad Marina Bay. We were welcomed with smiles, easy check-in, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Thank you for caring for my family and me during our stay in Singapore.

Loved the service, the building a little too old. The bathroom is not worth for 5 stars because its old and a lot of dirty areas. Service is super.

Always a treat to stay at a Conrad. Gteat rooms w/even better view. Amazing food. Superb service across the board. A particular shout-out to Mark Estrella quite the trouble shooter.

Everything was arranged nicely for our wedding anniversary. Kudos to the staff.
