The front desk staff Ms. Salwa was super friendly and helpful. She helped me in my room upgrade from Deluxe Room Pool View to the Patio Pool on level 1. She was quite nice to talk to & had a pleasant personality. The whole staff in the Hotel was also very friendly, from the Concierge to the room service staff. The swimming pool was huge and my kids had such a great time and really had so much fun swimming in it. I especially like that the room had a bidet. I would definitely love to come again with my family next time when I want to book a staycation. 😊

A 5-star hotel can only be justified by how great they handle their customers, not only when everything goes well but especially when everything goes wrong. We got a room (king deluxe with patio) that was facing construction (this is the room we paid for, we didn't know there was construction at the time). As soon as I opened the patio, I got an asthma attack. Kumar, the concierge, helped us to get a prompt solution and worked with the hotel team and the Duty Manager to revive the room, doing deep cleaning and providing a better room due to my condition. I can say Kumar has really gone the extra mile, beyond his responsibility, to make sure we have a nice, comfortable, enjoyable stay! And has been extremely helpful to make sure everything is up to our standard of expectations. I hope Dusit Thani management gets to read this review and give appreciation and promotion he deserves. He's such a great asset to have, someone who is wholeheartedly dedicated to the job. This isn't the first Dusit we stayed at, but this is the best so far. Sincerely, Your happy loyal customer.

We went to the bar and celebrated my birthday dinner. The food was delicious, and the service rendered by Maureen and Benjamin was GREAT! The hotel environment was nice too! The front desk lady was super helpful and always smiling :) Thank you!

The room was in good condition, very clean ample room and the staff was very pleasant but not knowledgeable with the type of booking. I reserved. I believed I reserved a room with a Laguna view. They gave me a room looking at on a parking lot when I asked to be changed because that’s not what I booked. They said oh we don’t have any rooms like that when I pressed they gave me a room with the pool and Laguna view that obviously had one but did not offer it with VIP. We were to get 20% of food, they only gave that for half the bill when I asked they said no it’s only à la carte menu that you get half off not the buffet. I also book this because of its proximity to the airport with free shuttle service. But the fine line was that only if you have one bag which is very unreasonable for international travel, we had to take a taxi. It cost us $25 one way for a 8 minute drive. When I asked about this type of advertising, they said it’s right there but maybe next time we’ll make the print larger. The beautiful pool closes at 8 PM therefore, by the time we got out taxi and then the room switch, which should not have happened, the pool was closed and we could not use it.They apparently did not care. It is a nice hotel but I don’t believe they welcome Expedia travel with VIP.

Spotless very clean luxurious stay. Very friendly staff special shout out to Preeya, Dean (reception) and Zaki and Shah (concierge) . Its a little inconvenient though for going out as a bit far from shopping but there’s a hotel shuttle that you need to book in advance. By the way awesome outdoor pool

Few problems here, which is a shame as the physical hotel is quite nice. The problems started with poor directions to the airport shuttle, and nobody answering messages and emails at the hotel to provide more information. After getting a cab and complaining at check-in, I was told that other passengers found the shuttle. Not a single apology…Room service arrived stone cold, and again, no apology. The replacement was delivered without utensils, which took another 10 minutes to arrive… A staff cart ran over my headphones and didn’t stop when I complained, plus the staff in general were not attentive and a bit rude in the restaurant. Was a shame, as the pool and gym and room were great.

Service was Great! Hotel and bed was comfortable and spacious! The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the mall for free! It was convenient to go to the mall to find something to eat and shop! There isn't much to do in the surrounding area but the shuttle to the mall is a great way to find entertainment, eating and shopping!
