A 5 stars hotel can only be justified by how great they handle their customers not only when eveything goes well but especially when eveything goes wrong. We get a room (king delux with patio) that was facing construction (this is the room we paid, we don't know there was construction at time being), as soon as I opened the patio I get an asthma attack. Kumar, the concierge helped us to get a prompt solutions, and work with the hotel team and the Duty Manager to revibe the room, dling deep cleaning and provide a better room due to my condition. I can say Kumar has really gone the extra miles, beyond his responsibility, to make sure we have a nice comfortable enjoyable stay! And has been extremely helpful to make sure everything is up to our standard of expectations. I hope Dusit Thani management get to read this review and give appreciation and promotion he deserves, he s such a great asset to have, someone who is wholeheartedly dedicated to the job. This isn't the first Dusit we stayed, but this is the best so farm. Sincerely, Your happy loyal customer.
