Had a pleasant stay here! The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean & amenities are great (the bathroom has bidet, too)! The surroundings are also very peaceful, near heritage places & food court. Definitely worth the price ✨.

The staffs are so helpful and friendly! Shout out to Steven and Melanie. They are very actively making efforts to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Such a great service for a budget hotel. Although it's not exactly near MRT, bus is very near within walking distance. Electric kettle and basic amenities are provided (clean towel, toothbrush and small size toothpaste, tissues, working fridge, 2-in-1 gel & shampoo soap, if you have particular skin/hair concerns better bring your own). The hairdryer in our room did not work, so we asked for a hairdryer and it was immediately delivered to our room. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Front desk were nice and very welcoming. Provide elevator. Clean room and bathroom. Good setup for a bunk bed into less spacey family room and in an effective way and we have a window in our room!

family friendly hotel, especially for 2 adults and 2 children, next to the hotel there is a mini convenience store like indomar***/alfama** with atm (always check the exchange rate), across there is a 23-hour Indian-Malay-Indonesian food stall, 5 minutes walk especially in the morning can reach the whampoa market (fruit-vegetable-meat market) with dozens of halal and non-halal food stalls.. Very helpful for saving money when the exchange rate is very unfriendly. Thank you to @aaorn and @kei wei staff @fragrance balastier hotel

Staffs there are so friendly, they offer us to store our luggage while waiting for the next flight. The room is exactly like the photos, but however the wall and floor likes to get foggy.

Location is good for using bus as public transport. Staff is good and polite. The downside is they don't tidy up the bed and put up new towels messily on the bed: ') (like its just been thrown). Room cleaning should be improved. The rest are okay.

The best budget hotel I ever stayed at singapore! They have everything I need: 24 hours service desk ✅. Room for family ✅. Easy check in ✅. A great stay! Daily housekeeping is available. They always refill the water bottles, coffee, and tea. A bit small for 3 people, but the bed is nice and clean. It's also a bit far from the city center, but there is a bus station a few walks from across the street. Definitely an option again when I come back to Singapore.

Hotelnya tidak besar, tapi bersih dan fasilitas lengkap. Jadi sangat melebihi nilai yang harus kami bayarkan. Kami sekeluarga bertiga mendapat upgrade ke kamar ini. Jadi ini kamar Loft, ada sofabed di bawah, sehingga bisa dipakai tidur untuk anak. Lokasi strategis di dekat bus stop dan seberang restoran ABC. Di dekat situ juga ada minimarket yang cukup lengkap untuk mencari kebutuhan yang lupa dibawa.
