The location is super convenient—close to Suntec and just a short walk from the MRT. The staff were really responsive, and although the room was compact, it was clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom.

I have stayed here twice and I always feel comfort to stay here. The location is excellent, very near to Bugis and CityHall. Hotel service was good and all the staff were very helpful. I appreciate this hotel because they put a dispenser in the lobby so all the guests can use it to refill their water bottle.

This hotel room was cozy, even though the size of the room is small. They also have thoughtful amenities like a mini-fridge, TV, strong Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. And the location was strategic too, because it's near the Bugis area, City Hall MRT, and bus station.

This hotel's location was super strategic. Located in Bugis, you can travel anywhere easily by public transportations. The staff were friendly. 1 staff, I think the name was Lynn, was super friendly to us. She smiled all the time, while most locals would not. On our check out day, happened to be her end shift, and our family had a pleasant conversation as we all walked to MRT station. Room was perfectly fine for 2 people. They changed the amenities daily. They had smart TV inside, so watching Netflix while resting was a perfect way to end each day.

We booked last minute (just few weeks) before the F1 weekend, so actually this was worth the price. However, since it’s a budget hotel, the room was very small without any window (for those who are claustrophobic, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here). They had a very big mirror though. But putting everything aside, the location of this hotel was top notch to get around, and since we only stayed there to sleep, so it was okay for a three night stay. The room and the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned too. I’d pick this hotel any other day for next visits if they got the window-ed room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can drink tap water inside the room but they also have water dispenser in the lobby. Room space quiet small, but it’s enough for just a couple of days. Your phone signal probly not strong due to the room but they have wifi and no problem.

It's a good choice for budget traveller. the room is small (the standard one, no window) but comfortable. the bathroom is clean. the location is great. near MRT Bugis. hot water is also available. only the Air Con position made the air flow directly to the bed. so it's quite uncomfortable at first. so I turn it off when I sleep. but surprisingly it still cold and comfortable. i think because of the AC central. so it's not become a problem. Overall it is a good and comfortable stay.
