I stayed here for 6 days. The hotel was so good, clean, and comfortable also. I booked a twin room, then I requested a king bedroom. The swimming pool was awesome, rooftop, and there's a nice pool for kids. The hotel is connected with Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central Mall, so it's so easy to find many kinds of food here, also very near to 313 Somerset. MRT is very close also, just go down with the lift hotel, then you’ll find MRT Somerset. Also, when you walk to the street, there were many shopping areas, because it is in Orchard Street. Overall it was nice and perfect. I went with my wife and 1 kid (3 years old).

Room is neat, not to mention it is spacious by design with a super comfortable bed. The filtered tap water is a nice thing to have, and the shower has nice pressure and warmth. The rooftop pool is very comfortable with pool water that is gentle to the eyes and skin. The staff are also so kind and accommodating. Very well worth it!

As usual, we always stay at Jen Hotel every time we visit Singapore. Strategic location, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel room are some of the things we consider. The service staff is also very good.

the location is right above the Somerset MRT, the elevator that goes directly to the MRT is still smooth in the morning. but if it's already afternoon and evening, it takes a long time to wait and fills up quickly because it is one with the elevator access for mall visitors. if you choose a quiet elevator, you can choose the elevator at the hotel entrance. below it is the Somerset mall which is quite complete. the road access is quite busy even at night. to Orchard, just walk very close. the room is OK, unfortunately the TV can't access YouTube yet. if the city view can view Marina Bay Sands, we chose the city view which can see the Singtel building, but the Singtel building is being renovated, I don't know what building it will be. for those who like cold water, this is really okay. on each floor there is an ice cube machine that we can take at any time. there is also a vending machine on each floor. this is a very good choice for a family trip with toddlers. access is okay, close to everything, the surrounding facilities are also very good.

The hotel is strategically located inside a mall, near the MRT, the room floor was not cleaned for 3 nights, hair was still under the chair from the time I entered the room until I checked out, there was a queue for breakfast, the food menu was not changed for 3 days, only the variety of noodles was changed, there was a queue for the elevator if I wanted to go up and down to the hotel from the mall.

We stayed here for holiday and this was our second stay. We booked a superior city view room and requested an extra bed on site, but all extra beds were fully booked. The receptionist was so helpful; she gave us a room with a sofa bed and, surprisingly, she gave a little surprise for my daughter who had a birthday on the date we checked in. She was very happy! Thank you for the great hospitality, Jen Hotel, and sure we'll come back again.
