Location and service is good. The room was spacious. Didn’t put on the “clean the room” sign but the cleaner just cleaned it when they saw us went out. The TV’s remote was lagging. Very limited equipment in the gym.

We understand that you did not place the “Make-up Room” sign, and would like to share that our housekeeping team refreshes rooms as part of our daily service unless a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. Rest assured, our attendants are trained not to enter when the sign is present. We will also check on the TV remote to ensure it works properly. We value your comments about the gym. While space is limited, we have recently upgraded some of the fitness facilities and truly appreciate your suggestion for additional leg-focused machines.
