I've had the most awesome experience here. As it was a day after my birthday, the guest relations officer wished me a belated birthday. She even arranged for a cake to be sent up to the room and extended the in room dining for us. The room was absolutely beautiful and the sun shone through in the morning. The balcony was a great place to chill and just enjoy the cool night air. Amenities were great, communications was fast and everything was efficient through email or QR code scanning. The buffet breakfast was really good as there was a lot to choose from. For those with kids, it is a great place to book and bond as I saw a lot of families and there were activities to keep them occupied. You guys should really try this place out!

Book a deluxe king at Valley Wing for my 1st Anniversary Stay. Pre-Arrival Arrangements: Email in 3 days in advance, regarding my requests for the anniversary surprise, and was served by Sapari on the email. Recieved replies real quickly to ensure my room preference and Floral delivery was well noted off. Really would want to compliment her for the patient replies to everyone of my cumbersome requests and making sure all of them were well taken care of despite communication was in form of email, that was professional and up to standards. Check-in: Was warmingly welcome by Arif and quickly settled down with a drink. Aishah patiently ran through my requests and details for the stay during my check in process and were very sensitive went speaking to my partner, keeping the surprise in the room a secret well. I did make things rush for the team giving them last min deco despite the earlier requests, but nonetheless it was carried out very smoothly. Room Entrance. Was given the room 1654 with a perfect mix view of pool and city. The decos, setting and bubble bath was absolutely perfect and amazing, and I heard it was set up by Hussein & Carlito, real big kuddos to them for all this hardwork, making my anniversary stay for perfect that people though it was a proposal. Lounge: Went down for afternoon tea, and was swiftly settle down by Raja & Audrey whom were very professional in taking care of us during our chill session. Fabien & Kieth were very professional too in explaining the drinks and food that we are receiving even though the food was at second helpings of other varieties, they still put in effort to explain what we are having. So during the evening canapés, I called in for my lateness and if they are still serving. Was told on the phone that they are unable to provide us as kitchen was close which made me feel guilty and sad for a moment. What brighten me up was the call from Zac who called back quickly after to say they have make an exception for us this time to accommodate us which was very sweet of them. Really appreciate though liks this to make the stay comfortable and accomodating. Waterfall Ristorante: Did my pre booking through WhatsApp and was smoothly confirmed by Hanis on the line which was patience with my requests and quickly sent me the bookings which relief the load for my planning. Was well served on the actual day by Jin and her team which really ensured our dinner was romantic and well taken care of. Really dedicated staffs. Summit Breakfast: Breakfast was very grand and exquisite, never had such breakfast experience before. What really surprised me was, my celebration never ended, I was very touched when Marvin & Team came over with a 'happy anniversary' fruit platter, and whats more lovely is that they even print and frame the photo that was took like a few minutes ago, wow really feeled very privileged and a very beautiful memory to keep for both the occasion and my stay at Shangri-la. It was later known that Kieth was very kind to have reminded the team on my occasion which truly goes a extra mile for guest on special occasion like me. Deeply appreciate this. Housekeeping: Nonetheless, wanna thanks the housekeeping heroines Mary & Lina whom have been keeping our rooms clean and ensuring that our in room amenities was well stocked, checking periodically and keep us safe in this covid season real appreciates to this. Check out: check out was smooth. Despite us being checked out guest, Ning, Arif, Raj. & Amin was still very accomdating, helping with our baggages while we head for 1 last swim. This was very heartwarming to know we are well respected regardless of being a hotel guest or even a visitor. Conclusion: The stay was grand, exquisite & definitely luxurious which really relieved us from our weekday stress and mundane routine. But the real experience was brought up by the staffs and team of the hotel whom really go the extra mile to make the stay like how I described. The names that I mentioned were the staff whom left a pretty good impression to us during our stay, but there are also many 'unsung' staffs whom also served us that I didn't mention here. Really want to thank you all for the memory and many more future stays to look forward too.

Must try staying at Shangri-la to experience a great stay! Shangri-la went beyond to ensure our stay would be memorable, and it was truly remarkable! In summary, kind staff, attentive services, generous and well designed hotel. We celebrated birthday, the amenity and decoration in room was nice. I'm thankful for. I was also given early check-in and late check-out, which gave the chance to explore the hotel as it's big. Breakfast is buffet, and has some delicious items. Picnic in the garden concept were also good to try (if rain allows!). Would recommend to take pool view rooms, to have resort vibes, and hotel really have exceptional facilities for children!

The room is clean and spacious and lovely views of greenery inside and outside (Garden Wing). Shangri-La service staff were amazing! I requested roses, a love swan, a greeting card to surprise my partner and everything was done! The attention to detail to my requests was spot on and the little difference made such a big difference to my staycaytion. It was such a delightful experience staying at Shangri-la I would not hesitate to come back again! Thank you Shangri-La! Truly Top-notch service!

It's a kids-friendly hotel! Many activities for the kids. But some activities were not active due to covid, like fish feeding. Room: Spacious, clean. Big bed. Complimentary extra bed is nice. Bathroom: bathtub is wonderful. Hot water is perfect, doesn't run out even after filling the bathtub with water. Breakfast and Lunch: ala carte buffet! Love it. Not a lot of hotels have buffet for breakfast during this period. Facilities: Have to book asap once you check in, slots get taken up pretty fast. Splash Zone is amazing for kids. The only disappointing issue is, didn't get the chance to use the pool because the slot timing is so limited and the last session is 6pm, where as other hotels offer up to 8pm or 9pm as last session. Buds is amazing as well, my girl enjoyed it. The bag of Kids amenities could be improved. For such a "kids friendly hotel", I expected a pair of bedroom slippers for kids too, but there isn't. I stayed in two other hotels (basic tier rooms), kids bedroom slippers were given. I would compliment this hotel's Creativity to organise Trick or Treats treasure hunt for the kids. Service is great in this hotel. Thumbs up.

No doubt for Shangri-La hotels, including Shangri-La singapore. The only problem is they don't have shower or bidet in the toilet, then it would be a problem for a moeslem traveller to stay there.

I stay here 2 to 3 times a year. Each time it 's at a different wing and this time it was the garden wing which is so hard to book. Room was great, I was given the corner room with a huge balcony. Had an incident at BUDs the indoor playground, 2nd time one of my child got hurt. They really should do better.

Our stay at Shangri-La Singapore was great! The room was spacious and clean. We were happy to choose a room with two super single beds to accommodate the entire family. The beds were comfortable, too. During the breakfast buffet, the food was tasty and had a lot of variety. The only thing we were less happy with was the hotel location because it was practically far from shops, amenities, etc.

Was assigned Room 474. Just stepping in to the garden wing and you are transported into a lush forest. The waterfalls, stream, plants gave off that views. Very stunning and tranquil even before entering the room. The room itself did not disappoint too. At 50 square metres and with a balcony, it was spacious and I loved the wooden fittings. And in line with the resort vibes, the room comes with a ceiling fan too. The bed was a little on the hard side, the pillows a tad soft but still slept like a baby. TV was a 55 inch Samsung TV. No casting so you'll have to plug in your device via the hdmi ports behind the TV. Controls were by the bedside and includes controls to draw the day and night curtains. No usb ports and the wall plugs were a little distance from the bed so take note if you intend to charge your devices by the bed. The room touts city views but as I was on the 4th floor, no city view but tree top views and to be honest, that was good enough for me. Can hear birds chirping while relaxing in the two lounge chairs provided. It would be perfect if there was a fan in the balcony though as it can get a little too warm. The balcony is very private too and your neighbors (beside you, above or below) cannot peer into the balcony. Nespresso machine provided with 3 capsules, together with instant coffee, 4 different types of tea (Shangri la branding), and two packs of healthy snack (dried fruits). 6 tetra pack (500ml) of water was provided too with 2 in the fridge. Fridge was decently sized so can fit many things. Toilet comes with double sinks and separate shower and bath tub. Toiletries were by Loccitane and they smelt great. Water pressure was strong enough too and shower comes with rain shower and hand held shower.

The room was spacious and clean at Garden wing. Very kid friendly staycation with water playground and Buds to keep the kids occupied.

Nice hotel that made us felt like we were on a resort holiday due to the greenery & design. My kids enjoyed the Buds & Splash but it would have been better if parents can accompany kids on the slide. Jacuzzi at the swimming pool seems faulty though it provided a warm soak. Room was clean and comfy. Would have been better if toilet has a bidet. Food at the Waterfall was really good!
