Charming , quiet hotel. The room didn’t have bath towels and the shower drain was clogged . Bathroom light was not functioning . Breakfast was inadequate. Overall I was happy for a one night stay.

Beautiful View close to the Plivitce Lakes about 3 km to an entrance. The facility we stay is brand new and beautiful. Very, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable overall and they accommodate three sleeping arrangements. Helpful personnel and I love is that they offer dinner so you don’t have to worry where to go as the hotel is surrounded by nature. Nice stay!!

We arrived before check-in & reception was closed but we called and were told how to get in & drop off our bag. Breakfast is poor - bread is cheap, dry & boring. Eggs tasteless, only fruit was old apples. No honey - in Slovenia that prides itself on its honey! Juice jugs too full so very heavy & awkward to pour from. Breakfast made me feel sad. No other tables taken when we went for breakfast but staff made us sit in a table in an awkward place, then later sat another couple in the closest table to ours despite every other table being free. Electrical sockets in the room are in awkward places - on one bedside you have a dangerous trailing cable, on the other the "bedside" lamp doesn't reach the bedside table & has to be on the desk so you have to get out of bed to switch it off. Bathroom lovely, spacious and spotless. This hotel has highs and lows.

The washroom sliding door kept falling off the hinges so we had 0 privacy when using the washroom. The entire party of 5 had to listen and see what you were doing in there. The towels were old. The fridge is smaller than a portable cooler, not enough for one person let alone 5. The check in although self check in, if done after dark it's difficult as the locked key boxes are in a place where the light does not shine. The parking is terrible, the stalls are not marked and people take up more space than allocated, so if you are last in bummer you don't have space. The only good thing about the room is that it had 5 beds, nothing more.

A good hotel for a night when briefly exploring Ljubljana. Very well located and only 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean. Get to the free breakfast earlier in the morning otherwise it is slim pickings! Just note that there is no front desk at this property and no email with instructions was received by myself, either to email or hotels.com/expedia. Impossible to get through by phone with both our UK mobiles (I have free EU calls but it was ££ for my partner to try). Fortunately, hotels.com swiftly connected us with the assistant manager who was super helpful and got us in really quickly. Overall, a good place to stay for a night.

We booked two nights here. The room was not clean, the floor was littered with nits of trash, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no toilet paper, and there was no attendant present to whom we could address our concerns. In spite of there stated “no refunds” policy we refused to spend a second bight there and booked a nice hotel room elsewhere.

We spent 1 night here on a stopover in Ljublana on a longer road trip. It's a nice place, with a comfy room, and nice quiet atmosphere. Includes free parking, and is dog friendly which is a must for us. Basic breakfast is included, which is nice. We arrived fairly late so did not encounter staff until morning, but received an email with clear instructions to enter and get our room key. It's located outside of the city center, but only about 20 minutes walk, which worked out fine for us to explore in the morning.
Some people may prefer this, but beware: the bed was extremely hard, and both my husband & I had sore backs the next day. Might be a nice touch to have a mattress topper in the closet where they had extra blankets available. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall, the property was fine-good breakfast, comfortable room, decent location for the price but the woman with the green hair was extremely rude and not very accommodating. If it wasn’t for our interaction with her on our last morning I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Basic 3 star property, free parking available, pretty clean except for a cobweb in 1 corner, about 20-25 mins walking to the center, no reception, so no one to ask anything, had trouble checking in since didn’t get instructions in advance, it’s a good thing had Wi-Fi at the front, they responded promptly. Breakfast is horrible, really 1 star for breakfast, otherwise decent budget stay

First - No email with code to retrieve the key. Incurred $$$ to make an international call to reception for info.
Second - Allocated 3rd floor with no lift. Heavy luggages to carry up.
Third - Only one bath towel instead of two.
Fourth - blankets and pillowcases look very crumpled and have a strong smell i.e. someone used them before and not changed.
