Quarto não condiz com as fotos. Encontramos o quarto sujo, banheiro com manchas no piso e tufos de cabelo no vaso sanitário. Toalhas eram velhas e continham manchas. Aquecedor não funcionava.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

Hotel en buen estado, espacioso, las camas principales muy cómodas, el sofá no tanto, parking en el recinto del hotel, personal muy simpático y amable, desayuno justito, entiendo que es un hotel pequeño.

We arrived before check-in & reception was closed but we called and were told how to get in & drop off our bag. Breakfast is poor - bread is cheap, dry & boring. Eggs tasteless, only fruit was old apples. No honey - in Slovenia that prides itself on its honey! Juice jugs too full so very heavy & awkward to pour from. Breakfast made me feel sad. No other tables taken when we went for breakfast but staff made us sit in a table in an awkward place, then later sat another couple in the closest table to ours despite every other table being free. Electrical sockets in the room are in awkward places - on one bedside you have a dangerous trailing cable, on the other the "bedside" lamp doesn't reach the bedside table & has to be on the desk so you have to get out of bed to switch it off. Bathroom lovely, spacious and spotless. This hotel has highs and lows.

Charming , quiet hotel. The room didn’t have bath towels and the shower drain was clogged . Bathroom light was not functioning . Breakfast was inadequate. Overall I was happy for a one night stay.

Beautiful View close to the Plivitce Lakes about 3 km to an entrance. The facility we stay is brand new and beautiful. Very, very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable overall and they accommodate three sleeping arrangements. Helpful personnel and I love is that they offer dinner so you don’t have to worry where to go as the hotel is surrounded by nature. Nice stay!!

The washroom sliding door kept falling off the hinges so we had 0 privacy when using the washroom. The entire party of 5 had to listen and see what you were doing in there. The towels were old. The fridge is smaller than a portable cooler, not enough for one person let alone 5. The check in although self check in, if done after dark it's difficult as the locked key boxes are in a place where the light does not shine. The parking is terrible, the stalls are not marked and people take up more space than allocated, so if you are last in bummer you don't have space. The only good thing about the room is that it had 5 beds, nothing more.

Comfortable, friendly staff, a little bit out of the way but still within walking distance to most attractions (and there's a bus nearby to get to the train/bus stations more quickly).

The hotel was perfect. The city center can be reached on foot. breakfast was superb. staff were friendly and helpful
