Where do I start with this place. Amenities are ok but room was way smaller than advertised dimensions given. During check in, would not give points to my Marriott Bonvoy membership due to it being purchased through a third party. Points should be offered regardless. Next my bidet stopped working and they sent maintenance up to "fix". Nothing was repaired and not even a follow up call to let me know that it couldn't be repaired. That issue alone should warrant a room change. It's a property that was acquired by Marriott but should have done more research into quality before the acquisition

Excellent staff, service, and amenities with easy access to ample public transportation options. Overall an incredible experience and would highly recommend for international travellers. My only gripe would be the virtual lack of closet and dresser space, which makes for somewhat uncomfortable long-term stays.

Very good stay, convenient walk from many shopping and dining options. Easy to catch a cab or walk to a nearby station. A convenient store is across the street for snacks anytime. Room was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful.

AC hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was very functional, clean, and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and friendly. The location was convenient as it was right by the Yeoksam station and walking distance to Gangnam station area where there's lots of restaurants and bars near by. Highly recommend!
