It was in a very good area, surrounded by stores for almost every need. Everything was at a walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay there.

This is in a great spot for travelling all over Seoul! Literally a 3 minute walk away from the subway 4 and 2 line means that pretty much everywhere in Seoul is within a 30 minute subway ride. The hostel itself is super functional, spacious, cute and well stocked. My group of friends (3 total) and I stayed here comfortably for 2days. Bob and Morri was a great host and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok. They provide for breakfast-milk and juice,Tea korean pie, bread, korean ramen and cerials. If you want eat korean hanjungsik, and bbq they have on 3floor korean restaurant you can enjoy in there! I highly recommend this Design hostel!

Best location in Myeongdong area for shopping, street food, nearby travel spots and even convenient for all modes of public transportations. It was easy to find the location by following the instruction given via email by the hostel. Interior of this hostel is really amazing, especially all the frames that the host has put a lot of efforts on. The room is not super spacious but I liked the space under the bed where I can put my very big luggage. I know that the rent is crazy expensive in the area so other accommodations in the area have smaller rooms.

Whether this a problem of hotel.com or the hotel artravel. When one of our member arrived. They said we have no reservation. But received message thru hotel.com platform that the reservation was confirmed and we given instruction how to check in. At first, they tried to move us to another hotel. Then on the first day they gave us a room. but we were separate into 2 rooms. Never met the owner during my whole stay. But my brother in law was able to get in touch thru text. Bed is too hard. Pillow too soft. Room very small, but expected beforehand. Too bad, because of the checkin experience give me a bad impression.

Booked and paid via Expedia and hotel charged me 110,000 won for the deposit which they forget to refund me when I check out. Worst is they also charged me for 1 night stay when I already make payment to Expedia. Email the hotel and hotel ask me to contact Expedia as they can only refund me via PayPal which I do not have. Contact Expedia and they tell me to contact the hotel as the hotel instructed them to. So which is which, my stay was early Feb and till now, mid March and was still unsolved. Very disappointed!! Should have not stay there at all.
