Benikea Hotel Noblesse

The hotel was small and quiet.

it was a very mediocre hotel, no huge issues, it was very spacious which was nice. stiff beds but close to the yeoksam station

정말 심하게 낡아요 상상을 초월합니다 샤워기는 뜨거운 물이 안나오고 에어콘 소리는 너무 큽니다 화장실에는 머리카락이 여기저기 있고 수건은 검은색 얼룩이 있었습니다 바닥에는 뭔지모를 부스러기들이 여기저기 있었습니다 두번다시는 방문하지 않을것입니다

I stayed for almost 2 weeks long with 3 times check in. whenever, I checked in the room and found no coffee pot and stand light. I had to ask for it. at last check in, the staff said no more a stand light. I did not know they don't have washer and dryer. Also, I had a hard time to leave my luggages in the hotel between check in and check out.

Extremely outdated hotel.

Arrived at 1pm only to be told we couldn’t check in after 4pm. Hotel very old and run down. The elevator made funny noises, and it felt quite unsafe. Key card to unlock the door were temperamental. The room was quite big and spacious. The bathroom mirror has tape all on the bottom and it seems like they didn’t bother to replace it. The shower pressure was extremely weak. The bed was hard as concrete, which resulted lots of sleepless nights. We were not provided with enough pillows. We were only given 1 each. There was an aircon in the room but no remote to turn it on. It looked like the aircon was broken. No kettle or anything in the room. Was overall very disappointed in our stay, the only good thing about this hotel was that it’s close to the train station and next to a convenient store.

Great location. TV was a good size. I liked that there was a second door to the room, made me feel more secure. Closet and bathtub were a good size. It was nice to have access to a microwave and water dispenser in the lobby. 7eleven and gs25 (and other food places) right nearby for convenience. Dislikes include, jacuzzi setting of tub didnt work. Towels were taken and not always replaced. No ironing board. Was a bad time for mosquitos, and cleaning staff opened windows and let a bunch in. Bed is very hard (But pillow were comfy). I dont think my bedsheets were replaced during my 3 week stay. Breakfast wasn't much, but at least I had some toast. Laundry service was convenient but too expensive for me. No access to room temperature. Luggage check is just a corner in the lobby with small posts around it, didn't feel super secure.

If you don't waste your money on hotel, you better start to looking for another Hotel. what i saw first time opened my room is tangled hair on the floor. dust on the bed. if you have any question, doesn't matter, any type of question don't ask hotel staff.. Just google it. they are not that friendly .

I really enjoy the stay while I was in Seoul, Korea.

I always choose this hotel for my trip to Seoul. Very easy to access to subway and limo bus to airports.

I always love to stay at this hotel every time I come to Korea. The location is very nice ( one subway away from Gangnam) and 50 meters from Yeok Sam Station and Bus stop for a Bus Limo to Gimpo and Incheon airport. It is very easy to find food to eat around here as there are many restaurants around this area.

Great stay, short walk to night life. Big room and bathroom.

Over rated & only one set of towel for couple every time? No closet, dresser? Over paid hotel!

Great value. Considering the price, you cannot expect too much. Rooms are large, bathroom is large. Water pressure is low, bed is terrible. Feels like it is still a bit of a love hotel but overall, price and location trumps the negatives. Would stay again.

It was overall good. The people are kind and helpful, and internet was fast. The room is clean and very comfortable. However, I was smelling cigarette for the whole time there, and there isn't enough sunlight in the room.
