객실 청결상태가 좋았고 적정온도로 따뜻하고 아늑해서 여독으로 쌓인 피로를 편안한 잠으로 풀 수 있었어요. 어메니티가 잘 갖춰져 있고 웰컴 음료와 과자가 있어 감동이었습니다. 아침 식사는 토스트와 커피 그리고 오트우유가 제공되는 데 아침을 가볍게 먹는 저는 괜찮았어요. 도보 10분거리에 전통시장이 있어 산책 겸 쇼핑할 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 직원분들 다 친절하시고 전체적으로 아주 만족했습니다.

체크인할때부터 사장님의 섬세한 배려가 느껴지는 호텔이였습니다. 추위를 많이 타는지 물어봐주시면서 히터가 비치된 객실을 배정해주시고 디음날 나침에 일찍 나가야하는 저희를 위해 조식시간도 30분이나 일찍 준비해주셧습니다. 제천을 오게 된다면 또 이용하고싶은 호텔입니다. 침대랑 베게도 너무도 편안했습니다.여행을 다닐때 제 베게를 들고 다니는데 이번에는 베게를 다시 차에 갖다두고 호텔에 있는 베게를 사용햇어요.

Great property to stay. Very quiet. Good location to attractions. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, always helpful and he spoke English a bonus during our stay. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.
