The room was super nice, as a solo traveller I really enjoyed it, however if you are staying with a friend or family instead of a partner it can be awkward as there is not a lot of bathroom privacy, however overall the hotel was super nice

Check checkin time before booking, i had a weird 9pm checkin time unflexible, the attendants at reception only speak korean and are not very friendly.

Do not stay here. This was the grossest hotels I’ve stayed in. The room looked nothing like the photos and all the walls and surfaces were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting with a brown stained toilet and the whole room smelled like mold.

The room was very decent. It had nice features like a rainfall shower head, and full size bath. Room was not spotless, but was clean enough to be enjoyable with no problems. Check-in was very easy.

I had several issues during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the blanket in my room was dirty and had visible bloodstains, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the reception staff struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to address concerns or ask for assistance. Lastly, there was no daily room service provided—our room was only cleaned once during a five-night stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and service, and I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.
