Convenient location, nice amenities, but the bathroom was a bit dirty.

I enjoyed my stay at Hip Hotel, the location was convenient and the staff was very helpful.

My stay at Hotel Hip was fantastic. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, tv, mini fridge and ac all very useful. The staff was also very friendly.

Great service and very friendly. Big room with a big TV and PC computer. Massive bath. Only issue is the design of the bathroom. As the bath is raised, it is a little dangerous trying to get in and out. It's also hard to walk in and out of the bathroom as the sliding door only opens a little and there is a hole for the drain.

Staff allowed me to check in luggage prior to checkin and after checkout, which was super important for me. Thank you!!!

Very comfortable hotel. Not the cheapest, but it definitely could've been more expensive. Easily reachable by bus and metro, but not within walking distance of any of the main neighborhoods. One thing that did bother us was the smell of smoke, but that's not true for all rooms.

Stayed for a week. Overall enjoyed staying there.

The A/C is controlled by the TV remote. Took me 3 days to discover that. Area looks rough but all the areas look that way. Overall a good stay. I would do again

HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY. Non smoking “suite” reaked of smoke, uninhabitable I had to leave immediately and book another hotel elsewhere for health concerns. Expedia is USELESS and will not advocate for you. When they reached out to the property, they claimed to not speak english and would not approve a refund. SHAME ON EXPEDIA AND THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Room was clean and a very good value. Sufficient in size for a brief stay to visit a child attending Yonsei U. Very convenient walk to the university and surrounding area, and bus 6002 from the airport drops you directly across from the hotel. This is a local hotel, so don't expect the amenities or service of a big western hotel chain, but it was perfect. I will stay here again on my next visit. Note that AC is not available until May.

Really liked the tub in the room. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the subway station. Plenty of food options around. Staff was friendly.

Location is great, I really appreciate all the staff since they are helpful, respectful and one can speak English. Room is decent size but bathroom has no door. But all of the positive side cancels out because the room smells cigarette eventhough I requested a non smoking room. The smell is coming out of the vent in the bathroom and from the centralized AC vent in the room, so I have to open the window during my stay. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay which ruined some part of my travel in Korea. This hotel should’ve been advertised as smoking hotel.

Great sized room and bath. Good area to be based in near Yonsei U. Super clean. Breakfast is light but more than sufficient.

Really good options for public transportation, affordable, and lots of amenities offered (free laundry, breakfast, water and pop available in the lobby at all times.) you could tell the manager was doing his best to ensure everyone enjoyed their stay.
