When we got there the daytime duty staff at the reception desk (only one staff at the reception desk) was no where to be seen. Waited for a good 15 mins before we saw her coming out of the bathroom! Left our bags behind the reception as it was too early to check in. When we checked into the hotel that evening, the room was so dirty and dusty that we requested for a change of room. Luckily the nice night shift staff, Ms Kim was so accommodating and kind and changed us to a much nicer and cleaner room. Thanks Ms Kim. The hotel should have a back up staff at the reception.

This hotel is a gem hidden within the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and softness of the bed. The amenities were really nice as well. The staff helped me with all of my questions and gave suggestions, when asked. I extended my stay at this hotel because it was really nice. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing to brag about, but you do get a variety of food choices. Highly recommend

Check-in process was quick and easy. The employee at the desk spoke some English which was super helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for my quick one-night stay. And it's just a few minutes walk to Dongdaegu Station. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Daegu!
