The rooms are very well appointed with tile, marble, granite on all surfaces. The rooms are large and comes with jetted tubs with separate shower and separate toilet. The condition of the room is exceelnt, no maintenance issues at all. Each room comes with a steam cleaning appliance for pressing, drying and steaming hangup clothing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It is a bit noisy at night as the hotel is located in the middle of busy entertainment district. However, the location and access to shopping and restaurants was great. Above all, the staff was very kind.

Close to lots of coffee shops and dining. The subway is about a 15 minute walk away. The beds are firm compared to what I’m use to in the States, but the shower and tub were super nice. Breakfast was good, a few western choices but mostly Asian style breakfast.

Great stay overall. Efficient parking system. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. We were on the 7th floor and unfortunately could hear the faint thumping noise from the club across the street while trying to sleep despite the triple pane glass the hotel installed. Maybe request a higher floor to lessen the noise if you want 100% quietness. But overall, a very good experience.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was pretty quiet until about 9pm when all the bars surrounding the hotel opened and I heard the thumping bass on the top floor until about 7am. Eventually I fell asleep so it didn't bother me too much. And if you're interested in bars, you certainly have your pick. It's definitely worth another visit.
