The rooms were big and clean. Also liked the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

The rooms are very well appointed with tile, marble, granite on all surfaces. The rooms are large and comes with jetted tubs with separate shower and separate toilet. The condition of the room is exceelnt, no maintenance issues at all. Each room comes with a steam cleaning appliance for pressing, drying and steaming hangup clothing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It is a bit noisy at night as the hotel is located in the middle of busy entertainment district. However, the location and access to shopping and restaurants was great. Above all, the staff was very kind.

Close to lots of coffee shops and dining. The subway is about a 15 minute walk away. The beds are firm compared to what I’m use to in the States, but the shower and tub were super nice. Breakfast was good, a few western choices but mostly Asian style breakfast.

We stayed four nights in this hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and the staff are really facilitative. The included breakfasts were really good, especially if you are Korean, for Westerners, the choice isn't great but quite good just the same. If you arrive by metro, the hotel is about a 12 minute walk, so not too bad but the area where the hotel is located, has a lot of lot karaoke bars, so at bit dirty, especially in the mornings; certainly not in keeping with the clean standard of Korean streets.
Overall, we really enjoyed out stay.

This was my third time here and while it was mostly clean, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke when I opened the door. I opened the window to air it out, but when I went to the toilet, I found a cigarette that had not been flushed completely. I can only imagine that the cleaning staff was smoking in a non-smoking room and it makes me wonder now how clean thinga really are because the santitary strip of paper was on the lid before I opened it. I brought my own room spray because people often smoke in the bathrooms of non-smoking hotels here in Korea, but for it to be smoked in right after cleaning makes me want to stay elsewhere from now on until this issue is resolved.

The hotel interior is great! The room was really comfortable and the facilities, the toiletries etc. were exactly what was needed. The room was clean except for a few hairs left in the bath.
The included breakfast spread was also well-stocked and attended. Overall a lovely stay, and would definitely stay again.

Great stay overall. Efficient parking system. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. We were on the 7th floor and unfortunately could hear the faint thumping noise from the club across the street while trying to sleep despite the triple pane glass the hotel installed. Maybe request a higher floor to lessen the noise if you want 100% quietness. But overall, a very good experience.

Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was pretty quiet until about 9pm when all the bars surrounding the hotel opened and I heard the thumping bass on the top floor until about 7am. Eventually I fell asleep so it didn't bother me too much. And if you're interested in bars, you certainly have your pick. It's definitely worth another visit.

I really really liked this hotel. Quirky look to it, but it just works. Staff were amazing and friendly. Location was great. Would love to return one day. Highly recommended for a nice hotel experience. (Also, fantastic massage chair in the room--oh yeah).
