Location was just right, easy access to transportation . No fuss check in and out, Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Room is quite small but with big bathroom. No elevator is a minus when u having big luggages. Everything else is good with reasonable price.

Easy check in process and the room was a lot larger than what I was expecting for the price! Great location too

Close to Hongdae, very affordable

It will be our first and last stay, property not properly managed and maintained, throughout our 1 week stay there is no basic cleaning at all.

We loved our stay here! So convenient in a great neighborhood with easy access to the subway. We had issues with our flight and they were very accommodating with our reservation!

The room is located on 1st floor, good for solo traveller who does a lot of shopping. There is also a small kitchen inside the room and free water and coffee at the entrance. Will stay here again next time when I come to Seoul!:)

Great locaton for price.

Short stay is fine.

The room was freezing cold all night I slept in my puffer jacket. I did report to staff and they said they would turn the heat up but it was still cold. Shower was hot thankfully but this is not suitable for winter

Good location. Not far from subway station. Many shops around the place.

Nice stay. The room is small but clean; restaurants are in walking distance.

Good location. No staff at reception. Warmer was on in the room’s floor but have they forget the customers luggages and goodies they bought are place on the floor and it melted the chocolates and plastic material luggages. Online check in is fast and efficient but if we need to re-print the confirmation flight and seat number for claims is it able to do so? I have tried but unable to retrieve again … if after the confirmation and can email an soft copy with flight and seats confirmation will be great.

It didn't look as good as in the pictures. The place was a bit loud and my room smelled pretty bad.

The room was bigger than I expected. It’s enough space for 2 people. I checked in via calling the stuff and they tell us the password for the room. The other people do the same, but they just repeat after stuff telling the password so I feel it’s insecure because if there are other people in the reception area, they hear the number.

I like the stay i will come back for sure

It was a convenient location, clean and tidy and self contained. But constructions going on around the place so if you intend to sleep-in, don't bother as the noise starts quite early.

One word “Catfish”. The room DOES NOT look like pictures. It smelled really bad too and felt very stuffy. It is not worth of money at all. The only decent thing about this place is location. I would never come back not recommend to anybody.
