I had a pleasant stay with Fraser Place Namdaemun. The location of the service apartment is very good. Namdaemun market and Myeongdong night Market is just around 5 to 15mins walking distance away. There are quite a number of restaurants and convenient store nearby as well. Will be staying at Fraser Place Namdaemun should I will be returning to Seoul.

I want to praise two staff, Angel and Sally at the front desk. I stayed 4 nights. The 3rd day I got sick from heat and ate wrong food. Staff Angel went above and beyond helped me order take-out so I can have some decent soup to heal my stomach at 9pm.
Sally was also a super staff. I hope her hotel manager treasure her presence because nowadays it’s hard to find staff that truly cares for guests’ needs. Especially so many People in and out everyday.
Sally helped me booked massage and order take away meal. She was really patience noted I’m in my 60s and slow in cores. Thank you Angel and Sally. I hope to see you both well and promote to upper staff next time I see you again. I will always remember the good experience at Fraser hotel. Thank you :)

I expected more amenities in the bathroom for a 4* star hotel...i.e. no toothbrush. Called the reception for a razor which they wanted to charge me KRW 6,500 but got one next door for 1,500.

Loved our stay at Fraser Place. The washing machine in the room was great as it meant we could pack less and have more luggage space to bring home snacks and souvenirs from Seoul.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s within walking distance to Myeongdong and Namsan tower and right next to Namdaemun market. There are excellent transport links via buses and the subway.
The hotel was clean and facilities were great. Staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m ever back in Seoul!

Wonderful stay! Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and kind. We were able to check in early when we got there, and when I wanted to change rooms they tried very hard to find us a room that would accommodate our needs.
So many places are within walking distance like Namdaemun market, Lotte department store (basement has an amazing food court), Myeong Dong and so much more.
The place is kept so clean by the amazing cleaning staff who are so nice. Gym has everything you need with a great view and a clean sauna to end your workout.
