The staff were super helpful and nice. We had a small issue with the blanket but they were able to fix it very quickly with no problem. Easy check in and if you arrive before check-in tome

Decent location, street markets directly across the road for endless food options. Room was very large, bath/shower had a weird bump/seat in the floor that made it uncomfortable to stand in. 10 or so minute walk to the train station

Room was good, location good. As a couple had enough space.

The staff were nice, friendly and professional. The hotel is close by to the places that we want to go. Lots of restaurants around the area.

We got the family suite…and even if you don’t have a family, get this room. It comes with a huge balcony with two tables, lots of chairs, and a hot tub. You could see the balcony from all over the city with its distinctive metal covering…. The hotel was well situated, right next to a market and close to the fish market. Public transit was also close by.

The room we got was comfortableand perfect for our family of 4. The sitting area gave us a space to put our luggage away and the hotel was very easily accesible. There is a wonderful restaurant across the street with delicious bibimbap and other noodle soups for cheap! We went a couple times during our stay. Laundromat is also available nearby.

Beware of the pictures this property has in its profile. They are incredibly deceiving and not at all what you are getting First, the room is worn out with a dirty carpet, damaged walls, a bathroom with no amenities, the AC doesn’t work well, poor sound insulation, the view they show on the profile is photoshopped (also all the pictures are photoshopped to make the property look much better than the reality) The areas around the property is not good. The train station wasn’t close, it’s in a poor quality area with a lot of garbage and poor accessibility, near a road so it’s loud, the nearby market causes the area to smell Immediately checked out after checking in, which tells you how I felt about it

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and amazing location close to Jagalchi Market and other activities. Also near Busan station to visit other sites if needed.

For the three star, hotels, pedicure, reasonable price the size is OK but the bad thing to eat the bathroom. It smells very stinky all the time.

The breakfast was fantastic!!

Located right across from the food markets in the Nampo area, this hotel is very close to lots of food options. 10 minute walk to BIFF Square for shopping and more food. 20 minutes to Lotte Mall. The hotel room was reasonably sized for 4 people. No black tea available (although to be fair this seems to be unavailable in many Korean hotels), no extra pillows available. The bathroom is quite spacious which is a change from other Japanese and Korean hotels we have stayed at. Just don't get caught in a fire - unless you want to use a personal rope rescue kit located in the room!! Breakfast is available for about KRW11,000 but we didn't sample it.
