Haeundae Centum Hotel

We stay at this property 1-2 times per year when visiting family in Busan. Amazing staff and location! Just one block from the subway and best shopping in Busan. Family suites are clean, huge and include a washer and well equipped kitchen. Love it here!

Great location, near to the bexco convention center. Many coffeehouses around, that’s important bc the hotel doesn’t have restaurant to take the breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the registration was courteous. If I were to review soley based on these the rating would be 5 stars. But the building would not deserve the.same rating. The carpet on my floor

The carpet in the room were dirty and rooms were stinky, the hallway is very poorly lit that it is uncomfortable to walk around at night.

Nice location. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Bathroom was dated and kept flooding floor when using shower. Other than that, overall good experience.

Checking in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and clean. There are lots of restaurants and two major department stores nearby (Shinsegae and Lotte). The subway stop is not connected but is in the same block. The only minor issue was the bathroom. The shower curtain was rather short, so the bathroom floor got wet after each shower (which is in the bath tub). This could be easily fixed if they wanted.

when I checked into my room initially they gave me a room that had a moldy bathroom. I was able to get into a different room that was in better shape. Pluses for this hotel: very nice laundry facilities, useful for long-term travelers. And there are many great food options nearby but overall I don’t feel it’s worth the price and if I had to do again, I wouldn’t because the staff isn’t very helpful. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is it was supposed to be refundable by a certain date and changeable by a certain date, but when I tried to change my reservation, it wouldn’t allow me to within the correct dates and I either had to cancel the entire reservation or keep the reservation as is so it’s a bit of false advertising that you can modify the reservation. Also I was trying to get information about how to catch the airport shuttle and they didn’t give me the correct information and I missed the shuttle.

Not clean. Bad air vent

Absolutely terrible elevators. We had to wait over 30 minutes at times due to the long lines at the main elevators. We had to find other service elevators to go up and down during peak hours (especially when there is a big event near BEXCO).

The size of the room was very good, the location is perfect but the attention is not the best and the lifts are really bad.

The suite room was wonderful. Spacious. Thanks for the free upgrade for Expedia Gold members.
