Good location — walkable to Chinatown and the food district, though a little far from the airport express. Perfect for one person for one night; will stay if the price is reasonable

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Easy check in helpful staff. No problem with English. Only a one night stay but served all my needs very well.

Stayed one night at this hotel for a layover. It was ok for my purposes. Check in and check out process was simple and easy. When I was on my way from the subway station to the hotel, it was pouring rain, so I ended up soaking wet when I arrived. I wished the front desk offered some sort of condolences and/or towels to dry off when I was checking in. I stayed a standard non smoking room with 2 twin beds. The Expedia pictures might be a bit outdated as there were stains couch and not quite realistic to the actual room itself. The washroom sink had mold on the outside, which was unavoidable due to the design of the sink and angle of the water from the tap. The lights were a bit dark, so not the brightest room. I don’t recall hearing any sounds from the rooms next door, so that’s a bonus. Note that there is no electrical outlet for Type A and B (120V) nor adaptors that suit north American electronics. Location is accessible and within reasonable walking distance to the subway and restaurants. When we were checking out, we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us. She was nice enough to do so, and it arrived within 1-2 minutes.

Great value for money before heading out on a cruise from the Incheon Cruise Terminal

This is not what I would consider a four star hotel. None of the staff would help me with my luggage even though I told them I had injured my wrist. The carpets were dingy and the room did not look anything like the pictures. There was no room service and the one restaurant only had two options for dinner, neither of which was appealing. Would not recommend.

Good walking distance to locations that we were interested in. Very nice hotel, would recommend.

Hotel was nice and in a good location for eateries and transportation

The room was neat and bed was comfortable. Standard room. Carpet a bit stained. The main hall very attractive and welcoming. Breakfast was expensive but very good and deliscious. Restaurant in the same complex. Location was not ideal but close to Incheon Cruise port. Chinatown was walking distance. Not too many stores, mostly local restaurants. SEOUL was quite a distance. Worthbthe drive! very easy to get a taxi, staff helped and very pleasant. Fairly priced.

Easy walkable distance to Chinatown & Jayju Pk which both exceeded our expectations even on soggy day. Breakfast buffet again was more than we hoped, which is always a pleasant surprise.

Stayed there fo two knight. Chek-in was very efficient. Room was quite small but enough for two. Good, but pricy buffet.

Great hotel for Cruise travellers. Conveniently Located 20 minutes from Cruise port.

Hotel was great and comfortable. I am loathe to complain, but the dining options are dismal. Strange hours and limited choices.

Close to China Town and the Sinpo International Market.

Close to Chinatown and close to cruise terminal. At a very affordable price.
