Great hotel at an affordable price. This place smells lovely and is surrounded by fun restaurants and clubs and is an easy distance from the airport. Clean and great bathroom with an easy and polite check in and check out process

It has strong cleaning product smell

Room is clean, the agencies around it are fantastic and perfect. Front desk check in service is expedited and charm. I really recommend to stay as the price is frugal and really close to the public transport hub.

Stayed here for 3 days, and honestly, I wouldn’t come back. The room wasn’t very clean, and the carpet had a strong smell that never went away. What really bothered me were the signs posted in the elevator saying the hotel isn’t liable if your belongings get stolen (definitely not reassuring). On the bright side, it’s close to several restaurants and convenience stores, so getting food and essentials was easy. But overall, the peace of mind and comfort just weren’t there.

Awesome stay.

I got in very late after a flight. No problems with check in. Very smooth and friendly. Enjoyed my sleep, very Quiet, very relax and 100% clean. Very affordable overnight stay.

Facilities are basic.

Hotel was located in a really good area. Olive young, daiso and bunch of restaurants nearby. Accessible by AREX and can even reach airport by taxi in 15 mintues. The room wasn't soundproofed so I could hear a lot things here and there. Free shuttle provided only goes to terminal 1 otherwise everything was great. A-

Great stay for long layover

Stayed a night here and it was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and readily available. They also provide shuttle service to the airport which I got to use.

A kind front desk host, large bathroom and super cheap!

The place was very cleaned and has everything you need. The thing that i really loved is the hotel reception is open 24/7 and was able to accommodate me when my flight arrived in incheon almost 12 midnight. It’s also close to the airport about a 12 minutes drive. They also offered shuttle to the airport. Uber or taxi is also available. Staff are also super nice. Overall I enjoyed it as would definitely book again.

I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful this hotel was. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was spotless and comfortable! And you can not beat the price!!! Very happy I chose to spend the night here!!

I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. I asked the lady at reception for a good place to eat and she referred me to a great little Korean restaurant down the street where I had Sundubu with pork bulgogi, which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing I did not like was, the airport shuttle only takes you to Terminal 1, that was not the case with another hotel I had stayed at near there. With the airport shuttle delay and the Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 airport transport, I almost missed my flight. Other than that, I definitely enjoyed my stay!!
