Awesome Stay!!

Estupendo hotel situado al lado de la estación de Busan. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, lo que sorprende para el centro de la ciudad, y tienen incluso una bañera muy amplia que sienta genial para acabar el dia relajado. La cama es ancha, aunque es más dura de lo que estoy acostumbrada, recomendaria usar mascara para dormir, ya que hay varias luces en la habitacion que puede ser molestas. El servicio de recepción es bueno, incluso me dejaron entrar en la habitación antes de la hora de check-in porque ya estaba lista, se lo agradecí mucho. Limpian la habitación todos los dias y dejan toallas nuevas y agua. La televisión es enorme y tiene una zona para sentarse aparte, asi como kettle y nevera, incluso albornoces. Lo recomendaría.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is the best! Right next to the train station. The bathroom was having some issues—the sink leaked and the shower isn’t in the bathtub, which was extremely strange. I had to stand in the bathtub and use the handheld shower head (located a few feet away) to bathe.

Great location, just next to the KTX station. Convenient walk to Metro Subways and Bus-Stops. Eateries are everywhere nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday - Sunny-side up egg, sausage, bacon and bread, soup, fruits, all in a plate. And coffee is very diluted, better to go for the 3-in-1 type. Better option is the nearby Starbucks, or any of the coffee-cafes, or Paris Barguette.

Room and comfort great Customer services could be better. I just needed accommodations for 4 extra hours and they charged me about another $30 dollars or so which is how much i paid for the room for a day.

The location is excellent as it is just 2 minute walk from the BTX Station and 3-5 minutes walk from the metro Busan station. I requested and the hotel had arranged 3 beds in the Family Delux Room which normally accommodates 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Our sincere thanks to their Manager. We had a fairly quiet room located at the end of the corridor and the room was spacious even 2 single beds and 1 double bed were placed. Their staff was very helpful though their English is limited. Thanks to Google Translate that we can manage to communicate well. The Hotel also gave us a late check-out at 1pm. Although the light buffet breakfast did not provide many choices, it was value for money and the cafe environment was cosy. However, when 3 of us checked in the hotel, they only provided us with 2 coffee mugs and when we requested an additional one, they only gave us paper cups. One of the ceiling lights was out of order and the hanger was not properly screwed but the housekeeping staff did not notice and only after our complaints, they came to fix it during our absence from the room. Its light and air conditioner control panel, hanger, toilet, water basin, shower and bath tub are a bit weird in their settings which I am sure you can see from other travelers' review.

The room i am staying has some rust stain. Maintenance is not very good. However, the overall stay is not bad. Love the onsen style bath tub. The location is perfect just next to Busan KTX station

Super convenient location especially for those taking the KTX! Just one min away. Also, it's near to the metro as well. There's a convenience store around the corner as well. Highly recommend!

It is our first trip to Korea which took 3days in Busan. we came to this hotel in 3th nigh. All staff were helpful and hospitable to us. it was a good impression with this hotel.

This is my first time came to Busan , we stayed here one night and came to Seoul next day.it is very convenience to take subway to everywhere, and it also close to the KTX station. It is good choice for traveler.

CLOSE TO SUBWAY & KTX TRAIN STATION...I SUGGEST TO THE MANAGEMENT TO ADD BATH TOWELS TO EACH ROOM,,MAKE IT TWO IF THE ROOM IS GOOD FOR TWO PEOPLE...& I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS THIS TO THE CLEANER THAT PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE TOWELS BEFORE TAKING IT TO AVOID TAKING YOUR GUESTS TOWELS BY ACCIDENT....THANKS.

Take note all toilets here are in frosted glass, not much of privacy. Shower room has nothing for you to hang your clothes or towel so very inconvenient. The sockets are in weird location in the room thus inconvenient to charge your phone or boil water. Got to place the kettle on the floor. The location of the hotel is next to busan subway and railway station. Very accessible and convenient in getting around. Food is everywhere around the hotel. Right next to hotel is a row of food tents. Hotel staff is helpful in ordering food delivery. Overall, still recommended.
